Mayers Maid Service

The deal I purchased indicated that storm windows could be done for an extra charge. When the workers arrived, they told me that they didn't have the proper tools, and that if they had to come back it would be $20 a window. The owner then called and told me it would actually be $50 a window. They showed up 30 minutes before they had advised me to be available, without calling me.

Confirmed date and time promptly, arrived on time. Did a good job washing all windows inside and out, no mess. This was a "deal" for 20 windows for $119. Had 29, paid additional $80 for the balance. Would hire again.

It was a respectable job of cleaning the windows. It is a multi level service and he showed up with the proper equipment to set up to get to the higher windows in the house. He know how to wash windows. They had people qualified, capable and experienced in washing windows.

The three ladies apparently worked hard and had a great attitude. They did a very good job cleaning our downstairs. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have time to clean upstairs, but my wife told them not to worry so much with the upstairs this time. We purchased the house a few years ago and it really needed a good cleaning from the previous owners.

Great job. I have a rather large apartment and had not kept up with the vacuuming. They handled all 52 of my carpeted stairs and made everything look great for my move-out day!

I was out of town and spoke to the worker several times that day. My 20 year old son was home so I believe that they did a terrible job because they knew he would not notice.

Did setup an appointment via e-mail to clean all 19 windows. They came early and finished the job fairly quickly. They did outstanding job. They left all the windows clean and spotless. I would hire them again. I would recommend to family and friends.

There was about $25 additional because I had some sun screens they had to remove.

The window washer showed up on time, did a very good job and was very careful with the blinds, etc that he had to move. Excellent work and I would definitely use them again.

Not too well. We have used Mayers twice before and everything went very well. This time a different person came and the work was substandard. On the plus side the owner called and offered to come out and fix the issues. However while he did the correct customer service thing he clearly didn't believe me and that left m with a sour feeling.

My service provider (Eric, I think) did a fabulous job. I had purchased a Deal for 20 windows. He gave me a quote before he started for the add on items. He did a GREAT job! He also followed up with some maintenance suggestions for my windows. All in all, I was quite pleased and would definitely use Mayers Maid Service again.

Very professional and courteous and punctual. Very well done job. However, the way they calculate the number of windows may be little bit odd.. but overall good value for money.

It went great - on time, great work and efficient

Arrived on time, and did a thorough job, but I was disappointed in the cost. It was higher than other services I've used. To be fair, my house was dirty, however it was no different than other times I've had it cleaned for less cost. My total cost was $275, including the $129 Angie's list deal for the first 4 hours at $129.

Mayers Maid Service arrived right on time and began work. He worked very quickly and did an expert job of cleaning all my window. I was very pleased with the work! There was a total of 20 windows. He was very careful on the inside and cleaned the inside window sills also.

Mayers Maid service exceeded my expectations. The owner, Andres Mayer, came to my house and gave me a a fair bid for the 1st time cleaning and ongoing monthly service. When his crew of four nice ladies arrived, as promised they were in a company vehicle and wearing uniforms and they brought all the cleaning supplies and equipement necessary. They were very pleasant to deal with and did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my home. I couldn't be more pleased

Very good job. It took awhile to get scheduled.

He took the broken glass and a good one to find a replacement globe. He promised to return 6/17, he did not return or call. So I called the office after a couple of weeks and have left messages and no one has returned my call. I finally talked to Mr. Meyer and he promised to resolve this but has not yet.

They did a good job. I had a little trouble with one of the windows that was a little streaky.

It went great!! Every window sparkled and the whole house looked cleaner. Very thankful for the good job they did and will use them again without hesitation.

They did an excellent and efficient job. I purchased one of their package deals, then added on several other windows beyond the deal at additional cost, and found they were very reasonable. I would definitely use them again when my windows need cleaning, with or without a deal.
