Cleanly! Two friendly, courteous men did the work. They removed screens that covered some windows and put them back after cleaning. It took about an hour to complete the task.

After trying several maid services, I'm happy with Mayers. The maids do a nice job and finish promptly; they have been on time each visit. I have monthly service. They focus on master bath and kitchen, but do the whole house at least lightly each time. They bring their own supplies.

Andre, the Owner of the business is a very difficult person to deal with. He is also very misleading and rude. I purchased this deal for 4 hours of continuous cleaning for $119. The staff (3 ladies) was cleaning my house and I was so impressed with the job that they were doing that I called Andre to talk about scheduling regular cleaning. He told me that the ladies were only at my house today for an hour and twenty minutes because he sent three. If you review the print on the offer that was purchased it clearly says "Valid for 4 continuous hours on same visit only - can be any combinations of workers totaling 4 labor hours." I read exactly to him what the print says and he proceeds to tell me that an hour and twenty minutes was all that they would be there for because they had another job that they needed to get to and he sent 3. He offered me additional hours at $30 an hour per worker. Nowhere in the print does it say that labor hours will be reduced by the amount of workers that are sent. Andre also attempted to educate me on the fact that labor hours equals only one worker. The supervisor that was with the ladies and the ladies were very professional and did a really good job. It really sucks that I won't be using this company again because of the owners misleading practices and the fact that he was just plain out rude. Buyer beware!

I have tried many different maid services in the past but I really enjoyed the fact that Mayer Maids did a deeper clean than the others. In addition to the normal sweep/mop/vacuum/dusting they also washed the baseboard and cleaned the insides of the windows.

Ok. The work was done fine. But the guy who I talked with and arranged cleaning charged me 75 percent extra time when there was no extra time involved.

They were very professional and did a great job. I was pleased overall. The only improvement I would suggest is to use more natural cleaning products. The products they use are a little harsh for me.
