Description of Work: I bought a voucher for cleaning up to 20 windows inside and out for (I think) $199. I live in a 2-story home and actually have 32 windows but they only charged $9 for each additional window and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: This vendor washed my home's windows inside and outside and did a good job. Unfortunately, the fellow who mows my lawn moved my hose set to water vegetables while I was out of town. That resulted in the hose spraying my windows for days while i was gone, sigh. End of nice clean windows.

We do count windows individually and a big large panel may contain 2 or 3 different windows and that is where it got confused, even though it was explained to you at the time of service. We did what we supposed to do and could not clean extra windows that were not part of the deal free of charge. Description of Work: Argued about type of small windows that 'added' to cost; wanted $28.00 per window for a french door; didnt do a high quality job on the windows that were really dirty. Cost another $80.00 over package. i knew we would have some 'extra' windows, but calling a finger tip window over the door a 9.00 cost is not good. Was there about an hour, alone. It really takes two people to do a through job on this house.

Hello Dear Member, I did charge you for the extra windows that were not covered on the deal you purchased. The charge was 2 small windows for the price of 1 and 1 large french pane door for the price of 2 windows, as it takes a lot longer to clean it.
