Description of Work: They were late but did call to say that they would be late but not until I had already waited awhile. The time was changed and the end window was quickly coming to a close. I called and found they had been stuck in construction traffic, certainly understandable but a phone call would have been appreciated. I purchased the special of $119 for 20 windows. In the verbiage of the special it indicated that I would receive a discount for any additional windows. The total number of windows I have is 38 so I had 18 more at a cost of $10/window which was the regular price. To obtain the discount I had to negotiate with the owner. For $10/window, cleaning of the window sill is not included nor cleaning of the screens. I had to call the owner because the crew missed cleaning a window and some of the windows had wipe marks on them. Overall not happy with the service. This ended up costing me much more than I have been charged for window cleaning before. Will not use them in the future.
