I search for a house cleaning service for quite some time. I had tried a few that came in and it was hard to see the difference. Additionally, are several services out there who don't bother to solicit feedback and follow up. The Mayers service team, follows up ! They want to be certain I was happy and continually look for ways to make things easier for me.

We have been using Mayer's Maid Service for approximately 1 year. The cleaning service is excellent, and it is very important to us that the company is licensed, bonded and insured. We have the same 2 person team come every 2 weeks so they know our home and possesions. Andre Mayer, the owner, is meticulous in meeting your personal needs. He also stays with the team on the first visit to your home to ensure they are meeting your requests. The employees speak English!!! He does regular drop-ins on the teams to do quality checks and sends monthly survey cards to check on customer satisfaction. If there is a problem or a need to change schduled date/time of service, he will make every effort to accomodate your request. Mayer's Maid Service uses no chemicals, only soap and water. We have a toddler and cat in our home so this is of upmost importance. Also, when they are done cleaning, our home smells fresh, not of chemicals. Our daughter and son-in-law had been using their service for a year prior to our moving into the area and they LOVE Mayer's Maid Service!!! That is how we found out about them. Our daughter discovered Mayer's Maids in an advertisement in their church bulletin.

They do free estimates. The think I like the most was the owner comes out and gave the estimate initially and he excellent about problem and solutions. He told us on the first visit that if we had issues we can contact him directly. So that he would re-train his employees. The other people would just dump them but if I was not happy with them or afraid that they would get fired and I would do not say anything. But the right thing was unless it was something extreme, he would not fire them he would re-train them. I feel more open and easier to address an issue.
