Mayers Maid Service

Three cleaning people showed up on time to do the work on a vacant rent house. One started on the kitchen, while another started on the bathrooms, and the third started on the rest of the house. The kitchen and baths were pretty dirty. Much to my surprise, the three pretty well finished the house in the allocated six hours (2 hours per person). They were efficient and did a nice job.

They have been great. We are very satisfied.

In 6 1/2 person hours cleaned our 3000 sq. ft. home. 3 women did a great job cleaning all areas of home.

They were fair. I paid extra for the additional hour of work I had them do for three people.

The crew was punctual and courtious

It was wonderful. My wife loved them. The ladies went through everything. They were really nice. My wife enjoyed it and stayed at the house that day. They did awesome work. The whole experience was just an A+.

The two men arrived right on schedule, prepared and ready to begin. They did a very thorough and professional job, leaving the windows sparkling and all work areas clean. I will definitely using Mayers services again, for next season's window cleaning.

Mayers personnel did a excellent job of window cleaning. They were punctual, courteous and the windows were wonderfully clean inside and out.

The crew was very friendly, performed excellent work with very reasonable price. Another differential was how responsive they were, they did answer my call after hours and set appointment right away, service was performed in just 48 hours after the first call. That was a great job all the way!

Supervisor showed up early to discuss job and let me know who would do the job. They showed up did the job and supervisor returned to make sure it was done properly. Great service

The work went fast and the two workers were nice. They did miss some of the sashes and shrubs prevented proper cleaning of some exterior windows. Overall I was mostly satisfied.

I have had several maid services in the past. Mayer's is the best I have ever used. They arrive when they tell you, and clean until It's finished. A supervisor has come both times to check that the work has been done properly and to make sure that I was pleased. They are very professional and friendly. They made sure not to let my cat or dogs get outside. The owner contacted me to be sure all was well. If I could give them an A+plus I would! They also do window cleaning if you want to schedule that. I highly recommend!

Their service was fantastic!! Three ladies did a deep spring cleaning on the inside of the house while 2 men cleaned all my windows inside and out. The house looks great. I will definitely use their service on a monthly basis going forward.

This was a great experience and I like the quality control. The Lead cleaner, or supervisor, walked the house with me and together we inspected everything. They did not leave until I was happy.

From the first conversation with owner Andre, it has been professional and well managed. His crews do a great job. They pay attention to the details & we are very pleased.

I purchased the $189 6 hr cleaning deal they had and was very happy with what they got accomplished. I was very specific with the man I talked to on the phone with what I wanted them to focus on and they did everything I had on my list and more. They sent a 3 person team, two cleaners and a manager, even though the deal was for two people and they all worked very hard. There was a small issue with their vacum leaving a mark on the carpet but they made sure it was taken care of and that we were happy with the service. I would absolutely use them again!

A total of 18 large windows, 8 small windows, and two glass doors were cleaned inside and out. The individual performing the work was quick, efficient and neat. We had the work done in advance of a party we were having and were very happy with the work performed. I will definitely use the window cleaning service again. Mayer's also does our maid service (on a separate review) as well. Andre Mayer, the owner, is professional and easy to work with.

Oh My GOSH - what a beautiful job. They did so much more than I expected and will use them again. Even my husband was very impressed. We have three cats and when they were finished I could not tell we had a house full of cats. My wood furniture shined like new. I have used other house cleaners in the past the this group excelled. We have been using Mayers Maids for about three months now on a bi-weekly cleaning schedule. We also used them for a complete house cleaning prior to starting the regular cleaning services. We have had the same two person crew during this time and have been very happy with the quality of their work and the effort they put into the job. Both ladies are very polite and are a joy to have in our home. Andre provides regular follow up to inspect the quality of the work and is responsive to any questions we might have. The house is a little over 3K s.f. and they take about 2.5 hours to complete the job. We feel the prices is competitive for the quality of the work that is done. We did have two small items that were broken during cleaning...they bought this to our attention immediately and Andre took care of the replacement cost on the next bill. He could not be easier to work with. We would definitely recommend Mayers Maids.
