Description of Work: Badly, their crew know a substantial amount of paint off one of my windows trim, and the did not tell me. I noticed it from the street a day or two later when I drove in front of my home. They could have as least told me about it. I guess they thought that they would have to pay someone to repaint the trim. Not professional at all.

I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding, but when the Window Tech removed the screen to clean the window from the outside, the paint was overlapping the gap between the screen and the wall siding, resulting on the 2 inch peeling off paint. The Tech had forgotten before he finished the work and that was our fault, even though we offer to go out and repaint, we would be more than happy to fix that for you, but you politely refused and sad you will take care of it. We appreciated your positive A+ feedback on the day of the cleaning for the quality and over all service. Thank you
