Taking care of customers, brand new or long acquainted, that’s our J-O-B. Once we’ve visited your home, we gathered as much information about your system as we could – how many stations/zones you have; what type of controller, valves, backflow preventer, heads, rain & freeze sensor; general condition of your system; head layout and landscape layout details; and your address. This makes us more efficient when responding to your phone calls and future sprinkler needs. We are ready with the right parts, scheduling of correct allotment of time and prepared to complete whatever you need to have done in as an efficient amount of time as possible. You don’t have to start from scratch every time you call. You don’t have time to waste and we don’t want to waste your time. We’re the professionals you can trust.

They arrived at the stated time and were very professional. They repaired the leaking sprinkler head and did some other minor adjustments after finding out the controller was bad. To test the sprinklers, they unhooked the wire from the electrical outlet and ran directly to each zone; bypassing the controller. What really impresses me about this company is that they seem to go out of their way to show you how to do the relatively simple repairs. When they advised that I could replace the controller myself, I decided to give it a try. I purchased the suggested brand of controller and installed it but it still wouldn't work (but it was getting electricity and I could do all the settings, it just wouldn't run the sprinklers). I again called Heads Up to come out and see why the new controller didn't work. After a couple of questions, they told me what they thought the problem most likely was and suggested I check that before scheduling them. If that was not the problem, then to call back and schedule them to come out and look at it. As they suggested, I ended up having a wire hooked up to the wrong connection. Once I changed that, it worked. So where a good number of companies would have just scheduled me and come out, they try to guide you to making the repair yourself saving you $$$. The only drawback seems to be that, unless they've had a cancellation, they usually have to schedule you out 2 to 3 weeks based on how busy they are.
Description of Work: Issue was that my sprinkler system was not working either by schedule or manual settings. Heads Up repaired a sprinkler head that was leaking and also checked out the entire system and made some minor repairs. They advised that the controller needed to be replaced and gave me the option of havng them do the job or they suggested just going to a local home repair center and purchase a certain brand of controller and install it myself. I decided to try replacing it myself saving the cost of having Heads Up replace it.

We believe in showing people how to manage their system, to whatever level is most comfortable to them. Outdoor water use accounts for 75% of our water bills. When homeowners are able to better manage that monthly bill, by performing simple (or sometimes moderately complex) irrigation maintenance, everybody wins. Trying to perform irrigation tasks is easy for us, not so easy for the untrained professional, but it isn’t impossible. If someone has a desire to learn, we’re happy to teach! We recognize that trying doesn’t always net success first time. Usually, there is a step missed or a slight trick that may make the task go smoother. Sharing that information is as easy as asking/watching us on site, or a phone call. One of our strengths is that not only do we have well-trained licensed professionals in the field, but we have them at the other end of the phone too. When you call us, a licensed irrigator answers, not a receptionist or a call center representative. Our company focuses on providing the services our customers need. Sometimes that means field work and sometimes that means coaching on DIY projects. We want to help sprinkler system owners do things correctly, that means wasting less water and savings for everyone. Summertime is our busiest season, but with the help of Angie’s List customers, word of mouth and a successful business, we’ve trained another crew to help cut down on customer wait time. We’re able to respond via a service call within a couple of days. Thanks!

I am always nervous about using a new company when it comes to our home, so I looked through many different locations for recommendations. I found that most of the reviews for Heads Up were positive, so I decided to give them a try. I have to admit that I was a little nervous when I received a basic quote of 105/hr for a "team", plus parts. I had no idea how effecient the team was and how many hours it would require to make the necessary repairs. Heads Up came out and put all my fears to rest. They were a little late, but started work immediatly and had my whole system inspected, repaired and runnign like a charm in an hour and a half. I would say that is efficient. They even moved my rain gauge to a spot where it would actually gauge the amount of rain we were getting.(the prior installer had placed it underneath our gutter-I thought is was a motion detector) Long Story Short - Use this Team, you will love the result.
Description of Work: Heads Up came out and inspected my complete system for maintenance, made necessary replacements and repaired a broken pipe.

This member was so patient. We had been leaving each other phone messages and talking about sprinkler issues for almost 2 months before Heads Up was engaged to come fix his problems. Trying to estimate what expenses will be is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. There is no amount of reassurance Heads Up can convey over the phone to convince potential new customers that we try our level best to be efficient, thorough and complete when we visit your property. What we have discovered is that lots of homeowners have little to no knowledge about sprinklers. It makes us chuckle at times when a caller tells us “it’s buried!”, then proceed to tell us their particular problems which we recognize as an all too familiar common issue. Most problems are common, but circumstances that impact costs vary considerably. For example, trees. Lots of roots from existing trees & shrubs (or once removed trees & shrubs), tend to cause labor delays. It takes longer to dig when thick roots impede progress, (btw--a tree can lose up to 20% of their roots without suffering problems). Another example, rains or watering just before we are scheduled to visit. Water in the soil slows down digging. Digging is what gets sprinkler problems corrected. Other variables that lead to challenges when trying to discuss expected repair expenses are things like aging systems, worn wiring, poor or little previous professional maintenance over the years (neglected systems), systems that have been turned off for extended periods of time, new landscaping or pools, the list goes on. Here’s the thing, sprinkler repair companies have to try and figure out what went wrong, if another contractor or individual did something prior to the situation, what it was, where it was and how they did it --- all of which is buried. Yes, these things make estimating repairs challenging, but not the repairs themselves. Heads Up doesn’t believe in one-price-fits-all. Every repair is uniquely the same, but different (at least from our perspective). We also don’t believe in simply replacing things just because we’re there. No, what Heads Up does is treat our customers fairly. We’re efficient and knowledgeable, that’s in your favor. Trusting a new company is a leap of faith, at least Angie’s List helps prospective buyers sort through companies and learn a little about them before engaging them. If you’re thinking about having Heads Up help repair your sprinklers and are skeptical about what you read – call us. We advocate using contractors who are willing to explain things – ask your questions, you deserve answers and if you don’t get them, try another contractor until you do get a satisfaction level where you believe you can trust the company to work for you.

I had a very pleasant conversation with Patty on first call. I explained the problem and she knew exactly the issue. The water in the zone the valve controlled would not go off. She told me how to turn off water to system but leave the water to the house on. They were booked for the week but she worked me in the next day. The crew fixed the problem & checked the rest of the system which was ok. They are my sprinkler system repair company in the future!

This member is literally down the street from our office. Whether you are down the street or 5 miles away, when your sprinklers won’t turn off, it’s a problem. Heads Up is fortunate in that we can be responsive for emergencies of this nature. Watering non-stop is wasteful and can result in a citation – doubly painful if you are already aware of the situation and trying to remedy it. Heads Up believes in being a part of our community. We teach and practice water conservation. Responding to sprinkler emergencies makes sense. There are times when we can explain to other customers the nature of an emergency, ask them to reschedule their appointment so we can help the homeowner in immediate need. It all works out. Our existing customers, who can be flexible, exercise their community spirit when we ask and offer up their appointment to help another in more dire need. Usually, the rescheduling benefits all and in the case of this member, it did. It is always a pleasure to have a group of people who are like-minded when it comes to saving water and helping each other. Thanks to all of our customers (and to our newest customer ) for their patience and understanding.

Called Heads Up on May 14, 2012 to request that they repair several sprinkler heads and to make some other adjustments. No one answered and I left a brief message and my name and phone number. Nine (9!) days later someone called back to apologize for not getting back to me sooner - nice, but, irrelevant after so long. Fortunately, I had called All-Tex Sprinklers at the same time and they promptly returned my call, came out the next day, and professionally and inexpensively fixed my problems.

We're truly glad that someone was able to help the member. Yes he absolutely did call on May 14th, along with 17 other new callers and 5 existing customers, (according to our call records). Our call records indicate that we did return his call, but ended up leaving a voicemail on May 15th. Per our phone records, 1 week and 1 day after the 15th, on May 23rd (yes, that was 9 days later) we called him again, just to make sure he didn't still need help as we hadn’t heard back. Heads Up has a policy; we don’t take or make phone calls when on the job site. We believe that when we’re at your house, you deserve our undivided attention. This means returning phone calls sometimes happens the next day. Some callers simply can’t wait that long, they’ve made 4 calls to different companies and just take whoever calls back or is the cheapest or can handle their needs the quickest or whatever. We get that. We also get that those who do engage us, get us. What our customers don’t get is us booking other business while billing for being on-site. Call us old-fashioned, we respect our customers, their time, their sprinklers and their budgets. Please forgive our industry this time of year and try to recognize that the growing season is our busiest time. Heads Up keeps very detailed records of everything we do at our customers’ homes, and we keep detailed phone records before you ever engage us to visit your home. Trying to answer phone calls, emails and text messages is daunting to say the least. Frequently we end up leaving voicemails, sometimes multiple voicemails, before talking person-to-person. Patience is key; after all it isn’t life and death, its sprinklers and they are what we do, so we have a vested interest in returning everyone’s call---just as soon as we can.

FANTASTIC. I have used a number of companies recommended by Angie's List and, by far, THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY EVER! TREMENDOUS people ..... Very CUSTOMER FOCUSED ..... Very PROFESSIONAL ..... Reasonably Priced ..... BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!!
Description of Work: They converted my Garden Zone to an "Expanded Garden Zone" consisting of 2 front gardens (was spray system), 2 front trees (was bubbler system) and 1 rear tree (was bubbler system) with a more efficient DRIP Zone System (with quality Drip Emitters). They also converted my Tree Bubbler Zone to a "Foundation Drip Zone" along the entire perimeter of the house (with quality Drip Emitters). In addition, they checked my entire system for efficiency and effectiveness: They straighten 5 heads (improved efficiency); They replaced 2 heads that were not spraying properly (improved efficiency); and they re-routed 2 heads that were somewhat redundant (improved efficiency). In addition, they programmed my controller so it can utilize it's SMART feature and explained the operation of the controller in "detail" (like no one has ever explained to me before).

The member is very kind in his comments. We try to treat all customers exactly the same. Our philosophy is to explain to our customers what we're doing, what products we've selected (offered) and what future maintenance responsibilities will be inherent. After all, it’s your yard and you need to understand how best to manage your sprinkler water use and maintenance needs. Converting conventional sprinklers to drip is a very forward focused decision. Drip is 90% efficient, versus conventional sprinklers which typically range between 30% to 60% efficient. Drip eliminates wind drift, loss due to evaporation, administers a very slow even precipitation rate that our Texas clay can absorb, doesn’t wet the foliage yet delivers water directly to the roots, and is allowed in every city’s water restriction stages ANYTIME! Retrofitting to Drip is relatively expensive because Drip has to be installed correctly to be successful! [Drip requires: proper spacing between the lateral lines; selection of the appropriate precipitation rate; stakes to secure the lines; equidistant PVC headers to insure equal water distribution; correct calibration of line runs; and focused design work.] The Return on Investment ROI can be months to perhaps 2 years --- it’s dependent upon your current consumption and watering habits. Heads Up is delighted that the member was so enthusiastically pleased with our service. He had a great knowledge base of hydraulics and sprinklers to begin our conversations. Discussing the merits of drip within his existing system proved to identify a good fit. He’ll save water, preserve his foundation and sustain healthier plants in his home’s future. We welcome him into our family of customers!

I received estimates from 3 different companies before I began this project. I was sold on Heads Up because of price and their sales method. The other companies came out, measured and sent me an estimate in the email. When Heads Up rang my doorbell there was a whole team outside of my door. They looked at my entire sprinkler system, asked questions, showed me where I needed adjustments and spent time talking to me. My favorite part of the sales experience was when they replaced one of my sprinkler heads and showed me the various types available. I was able to see and touch what I was going to buy rather than rely on pictures and brochures. This made the decision process as to what I wanted to do with the project much easier and less stressful. The team showed up as scheduled. Prior to this I received an email confirming they were on the way. When the project was finished you really couldn't tell my yard was "dug up." It looked great. In addition, they came back a couple of days later to fix a leak in the back yard. I was unable to be present because of work obligations. The next day I received an email with pictures and a video showing and explaining everything that was done to repair the leak. This company knows how to do business. They are professional. They spent the time to teach me more effective watering habits. They explained everything they did and why. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a sprinkler system or upgrade their old system.

Only after checking out a system completely, can we explain to a homeowner what’s going on with their system, where deficiencies may lie, where improvements could correct some of those deficiencies and if we found any other issues. That’s not so much as a Sales experience as much as it is an educational opportunity. Sprinkler systems by nature can be confusing; they're buried for one thing. That means figuring out where pipes, heads, valves and issues lie. Those can be unknowns until we can see the system running. So when the member wanted an estimate, we had to explain that to be accurate, we really did need to check her entire system before we could propose any suggestions, let alone provide a cost. On our service vans, we carry a complete inventory of replacement parts from all manufacturers. Those products which help homeowners use less water are certainly more important for people to understand, not only because they may be more expensive than a conventional counterpart, but because they use less water. That translates into savings on all future water bills --- not just one! Everyone recognizes that saving water is important, but few understand how some products can make a greater impact than others unless they can “see” the difference. Just making a decision based upon price may lead to a poor decision. Teaching homeowners how to administer the needed amount of water on their yard is an important element to not wasting water. Taking the time to share that information is our duty.

We purchased 3 new trees's and had Head's Up come out to make sure that the new tree's were getting hit by the sprinkler system. They arrived on time, and thankfully I called them as the installer's of the tree's had broken two of my line's. I was not aware that the line's were broken as my system goes off during the night. They repaired the lines and installed bubbler heads at the site of each tree. Patty at the office is very nice and scheduled me very quickly. Caryn's crew did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. Diane

The member has been our customer for years. She has come to appreciate the perfunctory way we run our company. Service companies can only be successful if they schedule appointments efficiently. Recognizing the scope of the project and setting an appointment in accord with that scope is critical to being able to get to the next appointment and the next appointment and the next appointment on time! Everyone on our team knows the member's yard. We are a small company and we’ve been together since we started. When she called, we knew what we were needing to do, which station we could amend to cover her new trees, how long it should take and when we could schedule it. That’s just the way we run our services. More importantly, it’s why the member has continued to let Heads Up maintain her system. Knowing her yard, her system and her schedule is a symbiotic knowledge level that helps Heads Up be as efficient as possible while Diane is as comfortable and inconvenienced as possible. We are glad to have her as a loyal coustomer.

My experience today with Heads Up Sprinkler was flawless. First, they were originally schedule for December 6, but emailed on Sunday that the ground was too wet to work. We agreed to reschedule for today. Many companies would have just not shown up, or called the same day. Very "heads up" already. They arrived this morning at exactly the time scheduled, 8:30 a.m. Caryn spent time explaining to her crew exactly what was to occur, then stayed the entire time supervising. They finished at 12 p.m. I have never seen a company go the extra mile like Heads Up. They trenched all the way around the house by hand, rather than a trenching machine. They used hard PVC under the sidewalk, beautifully covered the tubing back up, and then cleaned up thoroughly. In the flower beds they spread mulch to cover all of the work, it looks fabulous. Caryn explained how the system worked, programmed the sprinkler controller to run the irrigation system the right amount of time, showed where all the valves were, and where all the tubing ran. They are all polite, professional, and take a great deal of pride in their work. It shows. I highly recommend them.

What can we say, we like our job! Understanding that wet ground yields an ugly dig and an evenly more unsightly cover-up means rescheduling. Scheduling is always a tricky business when weather is unpredictable. Heads Up tries to respect our customer’s schedules while trying to run our business schedule simultaneously. Postponing business may not be the way most companies run, but when our customer’s lawn or landscape will suffer, we err on the side of caution and postpone. Communicating our reasoning is critical to helping the customer understand that we want to do a good job, not just “the” job. We appreciate that the member recognized our hand trenching efforts to help maintain his landscaping and lawn in the best fashion and we thank him for being so flexible when it comes to rescheduling due to weather.

They were running a little late but called me to let me know. They arrrived when they stated and got right to work. I walked them around and described what problems I knew about or suspected. The first thing they did was dig up the entire manifold/valve structure so they could check out the entire assembly. They also verified the location of the heads and what worked and what didn't. After that Caryn talked to me about what they found and we discussed the options. The valves were all original (3 of them didn't work), the wiring was old and corroded, and the manifold was made of pipe of too small of a diameter. I decided to fix it all correctly now which meant replacing everything. While this was going on, the rest of the crew started digging around the nozzle locations to verify the the nozzles and their connections. They fixed the pipes as needed, replaced nozzles and connections, etc. Once they had the new manifold/valve assembly done they started testing each zone and doing the following: 1. unclogging nozzles 2. replacing heads that didn't work 3. adjusting the spray pattern 4. straightened everything I was able to walk around and observe the work as it was being performed. Once the work was completed, they showed me that everything worked by turning each zone on and having me visually verify. They also adjusted my controller and added a 9V battery (I never installed one). I haven't had any problems with the system since then. I greatly appreciate being able to automatically water my lawn again.
Description of Work: My sprinkler needed a lot of work that included: 1. Replace valve manifold and all 6 valves 2. Found and repaired wiring for 2-of-6 zones 3. Replaced 25 pop-up heads 4. Replaced 30 nozzles 5. Fixed a couple of broken pipes 6. Added 4 shrub risers in my flower beds to raise the level of the heads 7. Adjusted the entire system to ensure proper spray coverage and cleaned out clogged nozzles 8. Verified everything works

We believe it is challenging for the average homeowner to distinguish the difference between a sprinkler repair and a sprinkler repair done properly. Sprinkler repairs are buried, so how can the homeowner ever know how it was done? For that matter, the homeowner usually has to rely on the sprinkler professional to “know” how to fix whatever the issue. Again, how would a homeowner know if there were alternatives to how the repair was made? Here at Heads Up, we encourage our customers to watch what we are doing. We haven’t anything to hide. Hopefully, each customer can pick up a tip or two about simple maintenance they can easily manage. We believe in teaching those homeowners who are interested in learning about their systems. In the future, they certainly will have a bit more knowledge about what can/will go wrong with their systems and how repairs should be handled. We’re happy to have the member watch us!

Service call went well. Caryn brought a crew out and and all work was done as soon as it was identified. She also provided an overall performance check on our whole system. Invoice sent included a rain/freeze sensor that we discussed but did not purchase at this time. A quick call and invoice was adjusted over the phone. Would definitely use them again.

Caryn, one of the owners, arrived with three members of her team. They were very efficient and extremely knowledgeable, went right to work. Caryn worked with the men but all the while explained what they were doing and why. She stayed behind for a while to explain my system, how to set it, how long to run the stations and she even filled out a card with times for the stations should I need to reset. She knew the days that I am supposed to water before I told her, this company does their homework!! She even educated me on how to take care of my system to prevent further problems. They, both Caryn and Patty, take a great deal of pride in what they do and were, without a doubt, one of the best companies that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you!

What an awesome company! I contacted Heads Up Sprinkler Co. to request a bid for services. After sharing my situation I was convinced that I did not need to look any further. They answered all of my questions and I was comfortable with scheduling the service. They came the following Wednesday and took care of the following: 1) Checked the controller for current date/time, replaced the back-up battery 2) Checked all stations in front, side and back yard 3) Located and repaired leak in one station 4) Replaced valve in station that was not working 5) Replaced broken, leaking and not popping up heads 6) Changed nozzles throughout 7) Raised 6 heads to rise above the level of grass 8) Adjusted heads and unclogged nozzles We highly recommend Heads Up Sprinkler Co. for all of your Sprinkler System repairs and maintenance. They are easy to understand and their work is top notch.

Caryn and her crew of 3 showed up right on time. It was obvious from the start that she really knows her stuff. I know how to turn the system on. That's about it. I had lots of questions and she answered them all. I had them out primarily to add irrigation to some pots and for an over all system check-up. This sprinkler system was put in by the previous owners who were probably cutting corners. Caryn and crew thoroughly checked everything and replaced anything that was broken. They relocated a couple to things for more efficiency. I had purchased a new controller a couple of years ago and it never seemed to do what I wanted it to do. Caryn advised me on the optimal watering schedule and set the program for me. The original design of the backyard provided barely minimum coverage. The larger patio, shed and flower beds I have added required capping a couple of the heads which made it even worse. Caryn took a look and designed a reconfiguration to irrigate the back properly. I wasn't ready to do it just yet and there was no "sales pressure" to try and "encourage" me to. Just helpful suggestions and advice. I am so pleased with the work they provided that when I decide to make the changes to the back yard I will call them to come out and do it. I haven't used Angie's List very much but my experience with Heads Up Sprinkler Company motivates me to use it a lot.
Description of Work: Added two drippers into large flower pots in the from and in the back. Replaced several broken sprinkler heads. Repaired some cracked PVC pipe (broken by the installation of stone around flower beds by a different company). Moved a couple of heads for greater efficiency. Programmed system controller for optimum watering.

They met all of our expectations. They came out a couple of times. The first time, one of the valves was broken and leaking, and they repaired that within a day. They came back a week later to add several sprinkler heads to the system. They were very professional. They answered all of my questions. I had a lot of questions about the system. They were very knowledgeable. The price met expectations.
Description of Work: They repaired a leak and added new heads to the sprinkler system.

I had a leaking sprinkler head which needed attention. It was leaking when the water to the system was turned off. I called Heads Up Sprinkler Co. based on the excellent reports on Angie's List. Talked to the owner Caryn. Set up the appointment for the next day. She said she would be coming out with her technician since it was the first time I was using her company. She could not have been nicer. Told me over the phone what her rate was. I was fine with her checking the whole system after the problem valve was located and replaced. She talked to me and my husband about parts and brands. She and her tech turned on and evaluated each station, changed some heads for better coverage, adjusted others, found and replaced a second leaking pop up (only the pop up had to be replaced) and checked to make sure the controller and rain sensor were working properly. They did not waste time and, in fact, did not charge for the entire time spent at my house. The price I am listing was for labor and parts. We learned a lot about the company and its philosophy. She gave me a 10% senior discount (the same as A's list). It was a very pleasurable experience. I will call Caryn from now on for my sprinkler needs.
Description of Work: Replaced a valve to correct leaking sprinkler head. Also checked all stations and replaced some nozzles, changed some risers to prevent excess spraying (windows, siding). Inspected all stations (turned on), adjusted heads and unclogged where necessary. Tested controller and replaced back-up battery, tested rain sensor.

wanted to get a check on the sprinkler system since I couldn't remember last time done. Called and had an appointment set up. Caryn and Patty came on time, and we went over, again, what they would check and what they would do if they found something broken, etc. They promptly went to work and found a broken sprinkler head (fixed it) and tweaked the spray pattern on several zones. They then took me through programming for optimum watering with less run-off. And, my landscaping and lawn have weathered the hot summer! I will use them again; they were courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant, even with the hot weather and Texas dirt they had to work in.
Description of Work: sprinkler system checked.

Everything about this company is top notch. Their responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. From the moment they returned my phone call to the minute they completed the job everything was great. They gave us a very detailed estimate and were very willing and able to answer all the questions we had before we deciding to go forward with this project. They completed the work on the scheduled date and did not leave until everything was perfect. Also, before they left they made sure my sprinkler system was working properly and made a few adjustments and replaced a few heads. That was not part of the job or estimate for the french drain but they did it without us asking and with no extra charge. It was the little things like that along with their knowledge and professionalism that sets them apart!!!!! It has been two weeks since the work was completed and my yard went from a complete swamp to perfect. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any irrigation work I have.
Description of Work: On the right side of house installed 175 feet of both French Drain and solid pipe to remove excess rain and surface water. Also installed two 12" deep catch basin with 9x9 square grates at low lying locations along the french drains to drain and remove standing water. Redistributed the 2 yards of excess soil to low lying areas around the house foundation.

They were awesome. They were prompt, on schedule and well worth the cost. They straightened out a mess created by a pool contractor who was suppose to reconfigure my irrigation system after installing a new pool in my back yard. Heads Up Sprinkler was awesome and got it right the first time and for a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I had a pool and cabana installed in our back yard. The pool contractor was suppose to reconfigure and have the irrigation system working properly after the pool/cabana project was complete. After several attempts to get them to straighten out several major problems with the mess they created with the irrigation system, I called Heads up Sprinkler. They came out, went through my system completely, made several changes and additions to accomodate new landscaping and got my system working like it was suppose too. They also provided me with a great plat showing each zone and made sure I was completely happy with how things were working. They did a great job and would highly recommend them. I have since had them out to fix a minor problem that they did with the same satisfying results. Great company.

The ladies that run Heads Up Sprinkler Co are very professional, knowledgeable and honest. This company has integrity. I can't describe, in detail, the last visit because I've been a customer for three years now and it's a friendly conversation each time I speak with them or they come to visit. They fully support the Live Green philosophy and always work within my landscaping goals. They also speak at events and on talk shows. I'm not sure how they compare in price to others, but they are my choice for their professionalism.
Description of Work: General upkeep. Replaced sprinkler heads, raised sprinkler heads as needed. Consulted on Sprinkler system.

These people are the greatest!! Led by Caryn and Patty, the work was professional, on time and the quality is outstanding. The invoice is extremely detailed so you know exactly how many heads they replaced, how many feet of new pvc they add and all with a wonderful personal touch that one does not find in businesses today. Now my plants are VERY happy getting the right amount of water. This company is all about making the customer not just happy but thrilled! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their sprinkler system updated, repaired and adjusted.
Description of Work: I JUST LOVE THIS COMPANY! It was time for a check-up on my sprinklers. I had moved around some beds and we needed to make some adjustments. They came out and adjusted head heights, added heads and they found some leaks that needed repairing. Finally they replaced my totally manual controller for a state of the art controller with rain sensor and set it all up and gave me instructions on how to use. When I realized I had set it too high they came back out and adjusted it down for me and gave me additional instructions on how to adjust it during other seasons, all at no additional cost.
