I wanted to share my experience with Dallas Sunrise Maids, hoping it might be useful for you in making an informed decision regarding house cleaning services. Unfortunately, my encounter with them was less than satisfactory. Despite the premium charged ($400) for a deep clean on their initial visit, the quality of service did not meet our expectations. Upon sharing our feedback, we were disheartened by the owner's unprofessional response, which included a request to remove our online reviews. I believe in constructive criticism and understand that experiences can vary. However, I felt it was important to share this with you as a precautionary insight.

Wow!!!! Wow!!! I cannot say enough! I had Mountain Meadow come out today to do the first deep clean in my house. I feel like I've walked into a brand new house. Everything just shines. They paid attention to such little details that really make a difference and it is noticed. Thank you thank you! I would recommend this company to all looking for cleaning services. With just one cleaning I know that this company offers what I need in thorough home cleaning. MMM values itâ s employees, and pays them what they deserve. Thatâ s important to me. Iâ m paying much more than I was for previous cleaners, but so far itâ s been worth it.

They do an amazing job...1 million times better than any competitor. They always go above and beyond my expectations. When I come home I feel relaxed and renewed because I'm always happy with the work that was performed. They take pride in their work and NEVER disappoint. on time, friendly, easy to talk to. I interviewed 5 companys before hiring Mountain Meadows. They were the most professional and on time company. The crew who cleaned my home did a great job! at the end of first cleaning they do a walk thru to make sure your happy. I would recomend them.

My floors shined! i've cleaned tile over & over but never did they shine! They even made my glass top stove shine! yes i will have them back!!

I've had a couple of different crews come out and each time has been satisfactory. The office/scheduling team is wonderfully responsive and flexible, and very communicative about any issues that have arisen.

After the initial cleaning, I was called by the owner to see what things I would want to be changed in my cleaning routine. He took down notes and the next time, they made the changes. Very responsive, timely and detail oriented.
