This company was a life saver. I called and tech was at my home in about 1 hour. Told me my problem and gave me an estimate. The next day tech came back to install garage opener. Very pleased with the promptness and time it took to fix my garage door opener. My tech was very honest in letting me know it was 99.9% probable that the motherboard needed to be changed which I could have got off Amazon and done myself. But being limited in free time, I had him do it. The mark up was quite high on the board plus the time it took, but I am very pleased with the work. He also sprayed the wheels (recommended changing to nylon wheels to reduce noise), hinges and springs to reduce the noise somewhat. Wasn't necessary but that just shows the customer service they provide.

They showed up 1/2 hour after I called and replaced the garage door spring in less than 1/2 hour. Cody was very efficient and also lubed the door hinges and springs. The door a very quiet in operation now. Very pleased with the service.

Austin was so great with my own garage door repair that I hired him for my stepmother's garage door to work on it the same way. He is on time and will call or text if he is running a bit behind schedule. He is friendly, professional, helpful and has suggestions that are reasonable and doesn't try to have you buy something you don't need. I would hire him for any other project in the future for myself and would recommend him to friends and family. He is the best!!!
