Provider did an outstanding job! All tasks promised were performed perfectly! The team cleaned up afterwards and left my lawn looking wonderful! I will definitely call for more services!

I contacted the provided through Angie's list , the response was quick. They set a consultation for the next day. They arrived on time, looked over the yard and said they would give us a quote the very next day. We waited 3 days never received a quote, we called and left several messages and we have yet to receive a response.

I contacted this provider by phone to obtain a quote for landscaping/yard work and reached their answering system. I left a detailed message explaining what I needed in terms of both work and cost estimate. I asked for a return call to set up an appointment. That was 2 weeks ago and they have never called me back. The courtesy of a return phone call is fundamental to business. To ignore the customer is insulting and unprofessional. I will not use them.

Contacted Tyler through angieslist. He responded immediately. Him and his crew came out the very next morning. I have never encountered such a nice group of young men. They got to work right away on my large property. Trimming all bushes and hedges. Pulling out the weeds in all beds. Cutting lawn, edging, bagging up leaves, etc. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend them.

The grass was delivered early morning and Tyler's crew showed up to install it hours later. They worked quickly and had the job completed by dark. He worked with me to resolve any remaining issues and responded quickly to calls/emails.

Called and asked for a quote. Received the quote after a few days and agreed to service. They were able to do it while I was at work. Everything looks great.

I contacted Tyler with Executive Landscaping on Monday 4/21 and he was able to vist, survey the job, give me an estimate the same day (I am just a few miles away form Pantego Tx). A crew of three showed up on time on the date promised. They introduced themselves to me and we previewed the job. While the job wasn't huge (for three people), they were efficient and and got started pronto. Very pleased with the work. The bill was les sthan the estimate which is always a bonus SCORE! I will use them again for sure!

They did good. The price was a little expensive but it was reasonable for all the stuff they had to do. They had to do some repairs for some work that we had done prior to that. The service was great. All the guys that work there are friendly and not the type that we are afraid to have out.

Everything that I have mentioned above went perfectly. They know what they are doing and do a wonderful job.

3 months and No complaints!

Very well. They are punctual, professional, very courteous and complete the work in a timely fashion. On a couple of occasions there were omissions, or things were not done exactly as requested, and they followed up promptly and courteously. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for the same service., without reservations. Tyler is rather new at this, but he is eager to learn, and to do what is requested. He doesn't mind admitting that he is still asking for advice from other professionals who are more experienced. Apparently he has some good mentors! He is highly motivated, and it seems that he will just get better with time.

The yard , bushes, and new grass looked great. The men are very professional and helpful. I am using them once a week to take care of my lawn.

Called Tyler on 9/25. He said he would be in my area and would meet me at my home on 9/26. I asked for a 5:00 appointment, but he said it would have to be 4:00. I agreed to meet him at 4:00. I live in SW Arlington, but work in NW Dallas. That means about an hour commute across the Metroplex in good traffic (rare at best). I left work early, eager to meet with Tyler and excited to schedule the work I needed done; I arrived home just prior to 4:00. Waited until 4:15 - no sign or word from Tyler. 4:30 came and went. Finally, at 4:40 I decided maybe I should give him a call and see if he was lost or running behind. First words out of his mouth were, "Oh, I'm sorry". I asked him if he was on his way, he said he was in Fort Worth and forgot all about our appointment. His excuse? "I don't really have an excuse". My experience with them has been very good and I'm using them regularly. They come every two weeks. They are great and I don't have to even see them. I'm usually asleep right now because I work at night and sleep during the day. It was great because I contacted them and made the arrangements over the phone. I leave the money in an envelope on the patio door and I never even have to see them. They come in, do their stuff and leave. The price is a little high but not really because they do a very good job. I'll continue to use them.

I contacted Mr. Loe and left a message, he called me straight away. I told him what I would like him to do. He was very respectful and said he would be able to come by the same day to mow. His 2 man crew came and did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and most respectful. I was so impressed not only with their capabilities but their manners ( something that is unfortunately uncommon). Although their price is a little above what I would normally pay, I feel you get what you pay for. I am so pleased with their work, I would recommend them highly.

I feel so lucky to have been put in contact with Tyler Loe! He is the owner of Executive Landscape Services. He is trustworthy, conscientious, and a man of his word. He arrived for my estimate when he said he would. He is professional, and very knowledgeable in his field (he went to great pains to identify and remove poison ivy that had come through my fence from a neighbors yard before it became an issue. AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!). As I am a disabled widow his courtesy was much appreciated. He has a staff of respectful employees. They wear his company uniforms and all have their own areas of expertise. They work quickly, and efficiently with no wasted time. It is quite obvious that Mr. Loe is a hands on owner. He strives to give his customers exactly what they ask for. He has a high standard of work ethics that he has passed along to his crew. After going through a half dozen so called "lawn experts" it is refreshing to finally trust my lawn to someone who actually knows, and cares, about their work! I can recommend Executive Landscape Services for ANYTHING having to do with yard work or landscaping with no reservations.
