Perfect.

Steve arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He completed all the work on a timely basis and it looks very good. His work seems better than another refinisher we had previously used. We highly recommend him.

Very honest and helpful -- I truly appreciated that. I was a tradesman for many years, and appreciate those times when I get honest advice today even when I clearly could be "sold a bill of goods." Too many service providers today are just chasing the dollar without keeping their customers' best interests in mind.

It went well and they did a good job. There was a problem afterwards and he came out and fixed it. The price was good. He was very casual and flexible.

I called and Steve called me back 2 days later. He said he would call me when he could come out. Several days went by before he called. He said he was in the neighborhood and could come now. He looked at my shower told me what I needed and quoted me a reasonable price. He said it would take a week to get the piece he needed and would call me when it came in. He stated it would take him a couple of hours to do the job. A week and a half went by and I never heard from him. I called and left a message with a woman who answered the phone. 2 days went by and I still heard nothing. I then proceeded to call every day for the next week and only got a machine. I left a detailed message every time. 3 weeks have gone by and I have not heard a word. I can not believe that a place of business would not check their machine often. I do not know what to believe except that he decided he did not want to do the work. I do not understand someone at his business not returning my call. If anyone ever asks I will not recommend him.

They were very professional, friendly and did a very good job. Once he completed the work, there was a problem with the sink as I put the drain back in by mistake. He came back and rectified the problem. My bath tub and my sink look brand new.

They did a great job. The man was very nice. The price was pretty good. I had another company come out for an estimate, and Durafinish's price was less. I would recommend him to anyone.

Steve returned my message the same day, set up an appointment time and quoted the price. He was right on time, very friendly and efficient. Tub looks great.

He was punctual and very pleasant. The quality of the work is superb. He was extremely careful when spraying to protect all surrounding surfaces. We are thinking of other projects for this company.

Called and talked to Mr. Jourdan and asked him to give us an estimate on refinishing the shower in the master bathroom. He said he would call back and set up a time when he could come out to look over the job. After waiting two weeks for a call back, I called another business on Angie's List, who made an immediate appointment and came out two days later. That appointment was kept and will have that second company do work for us. It has been over three weeks now and still no word from Mr. Jourdan.

He was booked way out but the owner and operator did a great job. I would recommend him to others and have already. I would also use him again in the future.

Steve is a gem! He was prompt (one of my pet peeves), thorough and totally professional. Delivered an awesome service; the tub looks BETTER than new! He did not request payment until the job was totally finished; what a nice surprise. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him without reservation.

Steve answers the phone every time we have called him. He was thorough in describing the work he would do and gave me the price on the phone. I made an appointment for him to come and do the work, and he arrived as he said he would. He took care to protect surfaces from the spray material and had a machine venting to the outside through a window when we arrived home that evening. He installed the mat the next day and collected for his work after he had finished. The tub looks great.

It was a great experience. Steve did a fantastic job and the tub looks like new. He came when he said he would come and charged what he said he would charge. There were no surprises.

It was a good experience. Steve came when he said, did the job, cleaned up well when he was finished and for the amount he quoted me over the phone. He was very professional and a nice person that you don't mind having in your home.

Steve did a great job. He described the process up front and did exactly what he said he would. It took 2 days overall-1 day to apply the product and 1 day to let it dry. Steve brings fans and an exhaust tube and leaves them overnight.

The refinished tub looks brand new! It takes two days to complete the process. During the first day, the tub is acid washed (to prepare it for the new coating), primed and then coated. It takes about 24 hours to cure so Steve came back out the next day to do some finishing work, re-grout the bathtub and install the new bath drain fixtures that I had purchased earlier. My bathroom remodel is finally finished.

I was very satisfied with the work and the price. He is already scheduled to do another one for me next month. I would highly recommend him.

Steve is a perfectionist. He really did a fantastic job. The finish looks fantastic and not a bit "painted" or fake, it simply looks real and new.

Steve was amazing! He told me the exact price over the phone, when I described my tub. He asked if I would like to replace the drain and overflow since he would have to remove them anyway. I purchased new ones and he replaced them. He also did a beautiful calking job around the tub. My tub honestly looks brand new! He told me exactly how long it would take and he was right on the money. I have already recommended him to friends for tub and tile.
