Swingman is possibly the best contractor experience I've ever had! I never give five star ratings, but this was warranted! He was very patient with my questions, arrived promptly, and installed the playscape quickly/perfectly. In fact, almost a year later, he still patiently answered questions for me and went above and beyond to help me. If you need a playscape installed, Swingman is the only one to call!

He did a great job. He looks out for the customer's needs and is very easy to work with. I recommend you save yourself some time and money by calling Swingman first.

It������s funny because I truly appreciate when people take the time to do reviews; it really helps my decision making. However, I hardly ever do it. In this case, after working with Joe, I was left without a choice. He is by far the best person for the job! His work is precise, customer service is AMAZING, and his knowledge is un-describable. Originally, I called and left a brief message about what I needed. He called back within an hour or so, and already knew all the details about the swing set I had, addressed me by name, and so polite! Of course, I was in the middle of contacting a handful of places to get different quotes, but even after all of that he was for sure my pick. I contacted him about a week later to get a date scheduled (expecting to re-explain who I was and what I needed.) But he was on top of it - he remembered who I was, what swing set I had, advised me of how many boxes it should be, gave me helpful suggestions, it was great! I haven������t had customer service that good in a long time! It made me feel so at ease about the decision I made to hire him. A couple of days before our appointment he contacted me to make final plans, and it was GREAT! I have a full time job, and he was coming on a Tuesday, so I was worried I would have to be there, but it was fine. He had no problem with me not being there, and just wanted to make sure he would have access to the swing set. He asked that if I had dogs, I was welcome to let them be in the backyard with him as long as he could set-up first. He didn������t ask for access to the house, he was totally prepared. Also, I asked that he give me a heads up when he thought he would be close to finishing, so I could leave work to come pay him. Of course, he was right on time and finished around the time he thought he would, and gave me plenty of notice. The best part was he showed more concern for my schedule than he did his own. He was sure to tell me not to rush, and that he understands if I need to get my kiddo first, because that is more important. Really?!?! He drove from the San Antonio area to my house in Cedar Park, and at the time rush hour traffic is about to start, he is more worried about my schedule? That is OUTSTANDING customer service! There is so much I could tell you but it would take much more letters than this site allows for reviews. There was not one thing that he could have done differently to have done a better job. The swing set looked amazing; he had helpful bullet points about the maintenance and up-keep of the set. He was just great! Oh yes, and out of all the quotes I got he was the only one that was NOT local to my area, yet his quote was the lowest. If you are on the fence about who to hire, I can tell you without a doubt, Joe Finn is the BEST guy for the job. Honestly! I hope this helps you.

I highly recommend Joe Finn/Swing Man. He was quick, very knowledgable, and I am very confident in knowing that my daughter's playset will be sturdy and safe for her. I would use him again in a heartbeat and will be recommending him to my friends. He was on time, courteous, and his prices are better than anyone else. Service afterwards will also be superb and I won't hesitate to contact him again.

The Swingman came in the morning 8:45 am and was done installing by 2:30 pm. Two people did the job. I was podtponing this project since at least a year and half just trying to find someone to install it. I wish I thought about home advisor before . Swingman even offered to pick up the set from Costco for us for just $30 bucks. It's 3 weeks now and my 3 kids are out on the play set almost all the time they are home until dark.

Joe did an excellent job! He was referred by Costco. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Our backyard had a fairly large slope. Joe made sure by the time he left that the playset was level and very secure. He went above and beyond!!! Thanks Joe!

Joe, "The Swing Man," is FABULOUS! He is a super hard worker and wonderfully nice guy, and he did a fantastic job assembling our daughter's Sky Fort playset. Not only that, but he is incredibly knowledgeable about many playsets on the market and gave us his professional opinion on the few playsets we were considering, helping us to find the right fit for us. He was also kind enough to give me thorough ordering instructions so I could ensure the safe delivery of our playset. Our daughter absolutely loves her new Sky Fort, and I've had MANY compliments on it. I've already recommended Joe to several friends because of his amazing work!

We hired Swingman to put up a swing set we ordered online. It came in 4 boxes and was more pieces than you could ever imagine (very intimidating). The whole experience with Swingman was amazing!
