I contacted several irrigation companies and anfter going thru their presentations my wife and I selected All American to install our irrigation system. I spoke with Linda the office manager and she was professional and honest. When I contacted Chris I asked about the their availability and he said that he had his crew in the neighbourhood and he could began within two days which he did. Their price was competative and the equiptment was simple to operate, and the cleanup after the jop was excellent.

The 3 man crew installed and completed system within the time frame stated by Chris. I have all ready recommended this company to a neighbors friend.

The work is professional. I feel very good about the result of their work. Chris took time to explain how things work and even personally fine tuned half a dozen sprinkler heads. The handled all paperwork and arranged for all needed analysis and inspection. The price was exactly as bid. I recommend AAIS to interested friends and neighbors.

My husband and I worked for two years before he passed away last September to make our yard, both front and back a beautiful place to enjoy with our friends and families. It was very important to me that the contractor not tear up the raised flower beds and all the areas where we have bushes and shrubs. There are many railroad ties and rocks and it is a large yard with almost every inch landscaped. Chris and his professional crew came out and at the end of the day everything looked great and the small trenches will fill in quickly. There is a saying that first impressions are long lasting, well I was very impress with Chris and his lovely wife, they are a fabulous team. The job (repairing a damage PVC pipe and relocating two sprinkler heads) was completed quickly and professionally. The cost for service was very affordable. After doing much research concerning a sprinkler system for our oversize lot, I decided on Chris and AAIS. Chris and wife were very friendly, never pressuring . When Chris and I walked property, he gave me several ideas not only for sprinklers but some great landscaping ideas (which I did later). Chris was wide-eyed and engaged in the process, he really cared and wanted to get it right...he treated the yard as his own! One day installation and cleanup. Honestly when my daughter came home from school she said "Hey I thought the sprinkler guys were coming today?' Great price, high quality, professional...yard looks fantastic!

Mr. Mayberry and his team of professionals are incredible, courteous and very professional. Their landscaping work is outstanding and we are extremely pleased by the work they have done thus far. I would gladly recommend me to anyone.
