Roland and his team are very professional and very reasonable. He took pictures of all the upgrades that we needed to get completed because we were in the process of selling our house and then gave me a good price. He sends texts when his team is on the way and always on time. I would highly recommend him because finding good people with integrity is hard to do these days

The project only took two days and the finished work was beyond amazing.They explained exactly what was going to be done and how it was going to be done ..which I really appreciated. Roland was extremely easy to work with. He explained what work was needed and how long it would take, and he finished up sooner than he estimated. His drywall texturing matches the other walls perfectly and he was able to spray texture without getting any on my new kitchen cabinets. Very pleased.

I first hired Roland to clean my dryer vent. When asked if he could help with other small jobs, I discovered his can-do attitude. I own 3 rentals besides my home.
