Description of Work: Mr. Seals repaired a shower door and toilet in a very timely manner. We have used him three times with excellent results. I plan on calling him in a week for more repairs.

Description of Work: They did some fairly minor handyman work. They were decent but not spectacular. Good for the price. Value of handyman work in my brief experience is increased greatly by how much the work can be narrowly defined and all materials provided. Haven't found one yet who works well with ambiguity.

Description of Work: Willard installed six light fixtures and installed a railing in the kitchen. Very knowledgeable and a hard worker. He was on time and stayed a little longer than scheduled to complete as much as possible that was on my list. I will definitely have him return to finish what I have left. Everything looks great. Description of Work: The provider did not perform service. Handyman was supposed to be here by 2, texted twice running behind and then showed up at 4pm on a Friday afternoon and asked to reschedule. I took the day off from work to be home for this service to be provided. I now have not had my money returned. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: I would highly recommend Irving to anyone who is looking for general handyman help. He was professional, punctual and maticulous about his work. He is willing to explain how he will need to do the job so you understand what it involves. In addition if he saw there was something that needed to be done as part of the job he was doing, (i.e. an extra step to the process of the job to make it better), he would explain that part. He and his son in law who helps him are both very nice people and I would trust them to do more jobs in the future.
