The Patch Boys of McKinney

We had flood damage in our garage and some other minor damage in the house in several places. They arrived on time, did what they said they were going to do. We are very satisfied with the job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very efficient, excellent work, would hire again

The reason for the one for star rating was because I had assumed that repainting the area after the patch was completed and the area had dried sufficiently would be included in the total price quoted for completion of the repair. However, I was informed that to finish the job by repainting the area would be an extra charge. It's a small area and would take no more than five minutes to cover. I already have the paint and would do it myself if I were not 76 years old, the ceiling was not 10 feet high and I was "ladder qualified!"

They did a wonderful job

Bob was professional and his company performed the task just as he said they would. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any drywall repairs.

Customer service is great. Very respectable contractors. They were punctual, professional, and did a great job. They handle small drywall jobs that most other companies won't touch. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Patch Boys. I had made an appointment with Bob Taggert, very professional & gave me a reasonable estimate in no time. Angel did the work this morning. He was right on time & did a great job....cleaned up everything! I will definitely use them again.

He is the best! He did an excellent job, and even clean everything up when finished. I'm very happy with the results, and I highly recommend to all.

I originally wrote a review about the customer service not being that great. Since then, the owner has reached out to me and addressed any issues I had. I think it was just a miscommunication . The work was excellent and the painting is being done right away. I kind of "jumped the gun" on this, I think. But, yes, I would definitely refer this company. We all make mistakes but it is how they are handled that is important. This was handled very professionally!
