Great work!

Great. We were very pleased

The contractor (Frank) showed up on time. He was polite and efficient. The job took less time than anticipated. The job site was kept clean and neat.

Three man crew arrived around 9:30 am and after a walkaround in each room, went right to work. After each area was completed, we inspected each, made a couple of minor suggestions (which they took care of), and bought off on the completed work. They picked up and cleaned each area, put furniture back in their places and were done about 4:30 pm.

Never happened. We did contact them and told them we went with another painter.

The work went well, I am pleased with the outcome. Scheduling an appointment was easy.

THis vendor gave the most detailed respinse to my detailed request and brought sub contractors to the table for several of the areas of work. The process was explained completely, a wlak through done before and after the services were performed. The work crew left the site in good shape. Any changes to the schedule were communicated. We are very pleaased with the results and the business relationship

The saleswoman gave us a very detailed estimate of the work to be done. The crew showed up on time and did a good job. However, the foreman was a couple of hours late picking up the crew because another job ran long. Overall, they did a very good job and I was happy with the work.

CertaPro Painters in McKinney/Allen has outstanding customer service and did an excellent job replacing the wood trim around the windows/chimney with the Hardie trim. They protected the windows, covered cedar patio and fence before painting. The paint was sprayed on and we were initially concerned about overspray, however, the crew was very neat and didn't get any paint where it wasn't supposed to be. They really did a fabulous job overall and our house looks brand new. We would recommend them and hire them again.

Everything turned out zoo well! They did a wonderful job and exceeded our expectations. We had four companies come out and give us estimates. CertaPro was the only one of those 4 that stayed and gave us an estimate that day, printed it out, and went over in detail what we wanted. The others took about 5 days to get an estimate back to us. They were very organized and professional.

Having recieved 3 eatimates that were all competitively priced, I selected CertaPro (they were not the low bid), due to the professional bid presentation. The other 2 bids merely listed "paint and labor" and the total for the job. Karen from CertaPro entered the bid into her laptop and printed out her bid before leaving. The bid included every item we had discussed and made me very confident that the job would be performed to my specifications. When the CertaPro crew arrived, the foreman went over the job with me before starting and again I was made to feel confident that the crew understood the job. While the work was being done the crew was very quiet and respectful and I hardly knew they were there. At the completion of the job, I walked through the rooms with the foreman to inspect the work. The painting itself is excellent and I could not be happier, but what really amazed me were the repairs to the drywall and wood work that were done. The holes in the drywall were both about 6" in diameter and they not only repaired them, but matched the texture of the rest of the wall so well that I could find no trace of where they had been! The repairs to the woodwork in the master bath were done equally as well. I could not be happier with CertaPro and there is no doubt I will use them for some future painting projects I have in mind. When friends and family visit they must all suffer through a tour of my "new" master bed and bath and I then heartily recommend they call CertaPro for any painting needs they may have in the future. Initial contact was made and the owner scheduled a consult to draw up estimate and offer suggestions. She also assisted in color choice. She followed up to confirm the date and time of service and answer any questions. Called again the day prior to service as a reminder. The crew showed up promptly and taped iff areas to be painted an covered floors for protection. Completed paint job in a timely manner. Replaced all furniture and wall hangings. They did a beautiful job and I will certainly use them again in the future.

They were very attentive and detail oriented during the estimate. I ended up going with another, locally owned company, but I was very impressed with CertaPro, and would consider them in the future.

The team was excellent and very professional from the initial assessment and estimate through the actual work and finishing up. Each day they showed up on time, went right to work, and were very efficient in the execution of the work. They were extremely careful with protecting the surrounding items from paint. They were extremely kind and considerate. The work quality was top notch. There was a follow up phone call afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use and recommend this company to others.

Karen came to my home and gave us an estimate and suggested a color for my front door based on the description of the color I was looking for. She even had Sherwin Williams send 8 1/2 x 11 inch samples of two colors most likely to work. Alex and his crew did a good job painting the house and paid special attention to taping the windows and prepping the front door. Alex takes pride in his work and it really shows. He also found my silver bracelet that I lost one day gardening. That was a nice surprise.

It went very well. The service was beyond what we were hoping for and the attention to detail was great. The estimate process was very pleasant as we were treated very well and she made several recommendations to our home from a color perspective that really helped us out in determining what color scheme we wanted to go forward with. I could not be happier with the results from the job and I highly recommend CertaPro to anyone looking for fantastic customer service and quality workmanship.

It was a very satisfactory experience. After contacting them through Angie's List, we were called for an appointment and had our estimates within 3 days. We begain the exterior painting the next week and it went very well. They weren't able to paint one day due to blustery winds, but called us early that morning to explain why they couldn't come. As for the interior, part of the estimate included an hours visit by a "colorist". She was very professional, prompt and had a good eye. We went with her suggestions and have been more than pleased. The crews used were excellent. Quiet, careful and on time. The supervisor, Alex, was the first to arrive in the morning and the last to leave. They moved all our furniture and were very careful with our wood floors. Karen, the owner, kept in touch during the process to make sure things were going well and we were pleased. We were and we are. I'd recommend Certa Pro without reservation. It was time and money well spent.

CertaPro was fantastic. Very reliable in terms of contact with Karen (owner) and her team. The crew was here at the time they committed and the work area was clean during and after the job was complete. We have made many improvements to our home the last several months and dealt with many contractors/estimates, etc. The estimate was very thorough, which eliminated surprises from the final bill. The communication throughout the life of the project was exceptional. I will use CertaPro for all my paint needs and would highly recommend to others.

Overall CertaPro is an AWESOME company to work with. I had them paint the exterior of our home when we closed on the home and months later I had them come back to paint the interior. I didn't live in the home full time so it was a little difficult to cordinate times to meet. My son was in the area and Taylor met with him and gave me an estimate. Taylor was AWESOME to work with, not sure if AWESOME really does justice, Anyone that is willing to deal with a person long distance and I kept having to tell Taylor lets meet next month, etc...and he was willing to work around my schedule. Never did he show any disappointment in us rescheduling and that shows great customer service. Customer service with this company is 150% plus, they will go above and beyond. They were on schedule to paint my interior, they were prepared with the proper paint I requested and they caulked, taped and painted. There was NO spills on my wood and tile floors, the painters showed pride in their work and with picking a darker paint you don't see any lite spots. Having the proper tools and paint does pay off. The painters cleaned up after themselves each day and were very respectful to our belongings. I would recommend anyone to use CertaPro and I will us them again once I decide to change colors on the walls.

Being new to the area I was trying to call local people to get an estimate to paint the exterior of our home. I did get one person to come out and look at the home and he gave me an estimate of 2500.00 for labor and I would have to buy the paint! I was getting very frustrated with the lack of service in this area and painting companies that once they found out it was a two story home didn't want to do the work. I called CertaPro ( found them on the internet) and from the beginning I knew this was the company for me. They came out and gave me an estimate, I had them scheduled to come and paint the home on the same day I closed the home. Due to issues with a sellers realtor, CertaPro did come out but were not able to start first thing in the morning. Taylor called me as the issue was unforlding and we rescheduled for the next morning. CertaPro came back as promised and on time, The crew was AWESOME. They caulked, taped and painted our home. They powerwashed all areas. They paid attention to detail and never once have I found any paint that might of splattered onto the windows or our exterior brick. We have some high pitches in our roof and they were able to move around the roof and paint the chimney with no problems, we later climbed up ourselves to make sure the job was done correct and it was. The paint that was used was Sherman Williams and it was the paint I requested. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I know that I could of spent time and hired someone else to maybe do it cheaper but cheap wasn't what I wanted in quality and I know that we received excellent quality on both the workmanship and the paint. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone looking to get a great paint job and I have referred them to everyone I have come across. Months later I hired CertaPro to paint my entire living, entry and kitchen. I am also writting a review on that process, please read it.
