I contacted Panasonic ( prodpersonalhealth@callcenter.us.panasonic.com) on Nov 18, 2012 about my shaver cleaner, which had died. It started leaking all over the place. They assigned me case number and asked me to ship my complete shaver package to the McAllen repair facility, where it would be repaired in 7-10 business days. I sent it via UPS and it was Delivered On:11/21/2012. and signed for by someone named Muniz. I contacted the facility and was assigned a Workorder #. The person I spoke to (Irene) on 12/6/2012 indicated the unit could not be repaired and it would be replaced by a similar unit. I have been calling them every few days and their story keeps changing. Today, 12/11/12 (after thirteen plus business days) the replacement unit is not available and it will have to be backordered, which will take another week. This is getting ridiculous. Perhaps this review will get their attention. I can provide emails and conversation logs documenting these assertions.
