Sometimes I did not know when the person was coming.

I hired Gabriel to refloor my attic. First time just layed boards out on top of boards. Redo - cut some to fit and did not replace others that needed replacing. He decided without asking to floor eaves. So he did that with the boards rather than replace all of the old floored area. He did not nail or screw boards down. 2nd Project replace and repair playhouse floor and outside trim, adding insulation and sheetrock and paneling to ceiling. It took 6 weeks to finally get everything partially done. We finished some and later found that the 1st project had not been finished properly. He has too many 'irons in the fire'. Runs from here to there. We had to pick up some supplies and finish some of the work. DONE with this!

Gabriel and his crew did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone needing home repair.

FAILED TO KEEP SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME (S). HIS CREW WAS NOT VERY DEPENDABLE NOR SKILLED. PROJECT WAS TO TILE INSIDE AREA OF THE FIREPLACE MANTEL SURROUNDS AT OPENING. TOOK FOUR VISITS TO COMPLETE AND WAS NOT CAULKED PROPERLY.

They were helpful with our schedule... I would recommend them with a caveat emptor: small, quick jobs. Sometimes they're neat, others, not so much. The exterior door installations were 2 different kind of missteps. 1) there was a glitch that was the fault of the manufacturer, which another contractor told us how to manage. This guy either didn't know enough to grasp that, or didn't care & rigged up a method to (mid)hang the door. 2) there are some gaps in the other exterior door. Mind you, this was not a cut-rate hire; they're not the most expensive, but not cheapest either.

Gabriel was very helpful in helping me with repairs on this home. Because I live out of state we corresponded through phone calls and texts and he was very prompt in returning both. He is very trustworthy and does great work. I would recommend his work and I am planning to use him again soon on another property that we have in Lubbock.

They came out quickly to repair some drywall, were knowledgeable, quick, efficient & cheerful. Thought the price was fair. Would like to hire them for other projects. It seems like their entire family is in the business & can cover plenty of projects.

They sealed all of our windows on the inside of the house. I would recommend this company and I would hire them again Very pleased with their work!

He started out good. It took 3 sessions for him to lay the blocks. The last time he came, I believe he had been drinking. The mortar in between the blocks was very, very messy. I could have done that myself. And he never came back and finished . I had to clean up the mess and he never came back to put ONE MORE BLOCK to finish.

Gabriel worked quickly to install vinyl baseboards. He caulked them with stretch caulk & left the room neat. He also sanded the concrete floor so I could paint it!

Did what we agreed to and more. On time and good quailty work. Explain very stage along the way- wall & tile work in master bath. Looks great.
