Said is a true professional. He was ready to come out the same day I made contact with him, but since it was Friday evening, I asked him if he could come the next day. I didn't want him to have to work late on a Friday!! He was at our house bright and early on Saturday and right on time. My husband said he was a great guy and did good work, quickly. Said called within moments of me filling out the quote request, and showed up right on time, on the date I requested. He is extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my garage door required more work than I had anticipated, but the rates were well within reason. My circuit board had damage, probably from a lightning strike we had a year or so ago, and Said had a board with him but it was not as good a board as I had installed. He was very honest and told me he could have the better board for me early the next morning at the same price. It turned out their warehouse was doing inventory and he couldn't get the board but he was very courteous for calling me right away to let me know, and I was fine with waiting for the next day. He came back out promptly the next morning and completed the job, and I was very happy with the service. I had new sensors, a new circuit board, and he repaired a problem with the track, oiled it, all for under $300. My garage is very quiet again and works well, and it didn't break the bank. I would definitely use Garage Door Solutions again, and would be very happy to work with Said on any project. He's a very, very nice guy.

When I called, there was a 4 inch gap in my garage door from another "handyman" fixing it. To make a long story short, the service technician was very friendly! He called to remind me of my appointment, found out I had time that day and came out on a SUNDAY! He fixed the garage door quickly and the seal on the door is AMAZING! We have a 90 day warranty on it, so I feel covered. I have found my garage "go to" guy! Professional and courteous, I will call Garage Door Solutions from now on.

The service technician was courteous and very accommodating with my schedule. He came out the next day after we talked on the phone. He was on time and performed his task very professionally. He answered all questions and appeared to be very experienced. I would definitely recommend this company and will probably do business with them again.
