I highly recommend against hiring this company. You do not get the value for the money, you do not get quality workmanship. And unless you post negative comments on facebook about them, you do not get the customer service you pay for. I do not even recommend receiving a quote from this company also known as Center Point Restoration.

They were patient and were available to come back to make sure the job was done (the new commode we bought didn’t have all the pieces so Bath Planet came back later to install it after we got a new one).

Great experience from start to finish. The team did everything they could to make us happy and complete the job well, not just in time.

Love my new shower! Installation was very professional. We hit a snag with a stopped up drain, but they came back out the next day and completed the job. Always on time, never left a mess, protected the rest of the house. Excellent work & customer service!

Bit pricey.

We are very pleased with the men that replaced our shower and removed our tub. They were on time each day when they said they would arrive. They didn't leave a mess when they were finished which was wonderful! We highly recommend this company. We would like to use them again in the future in our other bathrooms.

Ivan and crew worked hard and completed job in 2 days instead of schedule 3. They cleaned up, protected our carpet and were helpful on ideas of placement of fixtures. Bath Planet customer services was excellent to work with.

I haven t had my bathroom done by pros before so I really don t know about price. But they were less expensive than another company, a lot less. I do like my bathroom and floor.

They did a great job in my bathroom. Removed bathtub and installed a shower stall and upgraded my vanity with a granite top and new faucet. Looks great.

At the end of the job the customer service went down hill.

They messed up my new tile, the grout is very filthy and I cannot get it clean.

The job hasn't started yet. They told us 4-6 weeks to order and set up construction. It's now been 8 weeks since we gave them a large deposit. Apparently their project manager quit and they never contacted us. I'm hoping the job, when and if ever completed is good - if so I'll change my review - but right now I'm extremely unhappy.

They kept me involved throughout the process including options available when some issues were encountered during the initial rip-out. I found the installers very friendly, honest and competent. Pricey but I can't complain too much as it was a professional job start to finish and the end product is beautiful.

The bathroom is beautiful and the team that worked on It was very friendly. I had no concerns with having the individuals in my home. The challenge was the time it took to complete - I was told it could be completed in 5 days. We ran into a few challenges, but it took significantly longer than 5 days - was simply misquoted.

Of you're looking to remodel your bathroom bath planet is a great choice. Installer was great. Definitely would recommend them.

from the salesperson, Manny, to the installers to the supervisor they were efficient and friendly and professional. very easy to work with. will be contacting them again with our next renovation.

Replaced a sliding glass door. They did exactly what they said they would in a timely manner.
