Highly recommend Rivas flooring. Very professional, excellent quality and reasonable prices. Luis is very helpful and personable. He and another guy finished the job in one day, originally thought it would take two. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

Luis was fantastic! He worked really hard to displace us as minimally as possible. He and his crew respected our home and left as clean as possible at the end of each days work. He communicated frequently and walked me through the next steps in the process each day. I am looking to finish up the last couple of rooms in my house next year and I will definitely be calling Luis again!

We are so glad to have found Luis Rivas! We had some awful work done in our bathroom a few months ago and he fixed the whole thing and some! Home remodels are very stressful, especially when you’re end goal is to sell it upon completion and within a compressed timeline. Riva’s Flooring responded quickly, patiently guiding us through the process, helping us select all our materials, answering our many questions, and performing “outstanding work.” Luis loves his craft and it shows. My wife and I are extremely pleased and will most definitely use Riva’s Flooring to remodel our new home.

Luis was great. We didn't know much about how to get flooring installed and Luis was great answering questions. We had Home Depot and Lowe's do a bid and we felt way over priced. Luis bid was reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional

Excellent, easy to work with, and courteous all the way from quote process to installation. Luis came to give us quote, they gave us the best value for the money, so we decided to go with him. The scheduling process was easy, and he gave us the approximate duration for the whole process and came on time to start the installation. He explained the whole process, from tearing out the carpet, leveling, etc. and he and his crew worked non stop and finished the job earlier than promised, and cleaned up everything. He is easy to work with, very professional, and go out of his way in trying to save us money whenever that he can. I will definitely use him again for any flooring works.

Hello neighbors, We moved in an older home in the community last summer '18 and needed the carpet removed right away. When I found Luis, he explained his process very well and followed through w every time/date discussed. It won our trust over from the get go! His pricing is very reasonable and what he quoted. He is now completing the second phase of the flooring project and we are very pleased with the attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship. As soon as the trim is complete I will post pictures! Luis and his team were punctual and completed the job in a day and a half. We purchased the flooring ahead of time and he made arrangements to pick it up on our behalf. He laid out the plan ahead of time and was very responsive to email and phone calls. He also worked around the furniture, and helped move the big pieces back into the room. He was very pleasant and cordial. Would definitely recommend Riva’s Flooring for any similar flooring project.

Luis communicated well and priced the job accurately and fairly. After meeting with him, I didn’t feel the need to get further quotes. Work was done within the estimated time frame and the quality of work was very good. They also do some of the misc work you might not think of like raising the base, cutting back and trimming carpet, etc. Highly recommended!

Job went smooth and quick! Luis set the appropriate expectation around what to expect and when and lives up to his timeline completely, even over the holidays! His crew was friendly, professional, and very hard working. Sun up to sun down almost, they worked tirelessly to get every tile laid properly and every corner/angle sized exactly to fit. The outcome was amazing. I sold my house recently after due to a job transfer and his work helped me to sell it the same day it was listed! The buyer said “The home upgrades were outstanding, and the floors were beautiful.” I will absolutely be hiring for my next remodel!

Luis did an excellent job from beginning to end! He came to our initial meeting with actual samples, not just pictures, so we could make a choice right away. He got us an estimate within 48 hours and was ready to work in a few days. He knocked out the project in less than a week - new flooring in both bathrooms, the hall, and new carpet in one room. Luis is also prompt & courteous & knowledgeable. We never had to call him to ask where he was. He showed up every day of the project without prompting. His prices are fair too.
