David Alexander was very personable and very frank about my options. We tried very hard to get me fixed up with the least amount of expense which was very much appreciated. How many times have you had a technician just give a two cent inspection and announce you need a "new" everything? David tried a number of options on my older Genie unit but it just didn't solve all our garage door problems. Ultimately, we had to go with a new opener and he made me a great deal on it.

William was on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed our garage door problem. He was courteous and professional Will definitely use this company again!!!!

Repair tech immediately recognized the issue, provided solution, and when approved immediately repaired the problem quickly. Another positive is that due to the tech having a flat tire and unable to meet the timeframe they had given me, I was called and informed of the issue rather than simply letting me wait and likely calling myself. This is appreciated by virtually all customers.
