Workmanship was great; my garage doors have never been this quiet. I really appreciated the fact that the repairman took the time to actually test for problems and not just doing a quickie 5-minute assessment. Only reason I didn't give a 5 for customer service is the fact that they didn't provide the email estimate until the next day and when the repairman was late on the day of the project, no one called to keep me informed.

I liked the fact that they came out at 8pm and worked till 11pm to get everything done.

They provided quick quality service to replace my Wayne Daulton torquemaster with a torsion system. They quoted me the repair price prior to coming out. It was 1/3 price of the previous quote I got from another vendor to complete the repair. I will definitely use them going forward for any future garage door issues.

Was quoted one price for the service then told it would be additional to install the wireless portion. Then called them and they said they would send some one else out to complete the job at no additional cost the next day. However the same guy came back and said I installed to hardware for your wireless you will have to connect it to your devices.... no attempt to connect it to the car or the app. Seemed to be in a hurry and was rushing because he had no knowledge of the product. I was happy with the install of the hardware even though the wires are now every ware. I read the instruction and programed the app but I will have to go up on the latter which is why I hired them in the first place. I don't like hights and I have 10 ft ceilings... to connect the garage door opener to the wireless box...very frustrated
