Very responsive, prompt, kept me informed and clearly explained the pricing to me.

They were able to come out the same day and everything was installed and works great. They were a little higher cost wise than the other company I had talked to but since I am unsure of what type of opener the other company was quoting me for vs the one Reliant installed it wasn't a huge deal. Friendly and honest. I wasn't pressured to replace anything that didn't need it. Will use again if ever needed.

Chris, the technician was all about customer service. Explained everything in terms we understood, was professional and did not try to upsale us on anything. We did need extra parts for our garage door, but no pressure from Chris to buy what we did not need. He even programed my remote to my car for me. He was on time and a great fix to our garage opener and door.
