Tech said I would receive my receipt via email, never received. Feel like I was overcharged. No followup. Unit may still have issues.

Technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

The worker really knew all about garage doors. He promptly isolated the problem, and then fixed it.

The rep was on time and gave me a fair price. While onsite, he also did a few tune-up details that should extend the life of my garage door opener.

I would recommend this company to my neighbors! They also installed a repeater for $150

The technician that came over was great, he came on an emergency call out at 9PM. When I first called customer service they quoted me with an approximate price of $175 including the spring and installation. When the technician came over for the same work the price quote was 340. That was a big disappointment considering it was double the amount that Customer Service quoted me over the phone.

Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone & explained about the difference in h/p in openers. Also, explained about insulated doors & pointed me to a "build a door" site to see different options. Just purchased the door opener for now, but will definitely call them when I get a new door. He also added a keypad for no charge when they had to change the appointment time.

Overall experience with Reliant was good. I do feel you should change how you charge contractors for leads. They should only be charged when they get the business. Your business model is top heavy toward Home Advisor which will ultimately drive off contractors. Turnover is expensive and you cannot exist without contractors. Just a thought.

It was great and went very well! This guy who fixed my garage door plus installing the new motor for the garage took his time and even tested it to make sure it was now in good working condition. I wish I could remember this guy’s name. He deserves recognition on a outstanding job!
