Reliant Overhead

Had to get my garage door opener replaced (previous owner didn't maintain old one well. It was in very poor condition). They quickly came out and installed a new opener, new spring, and new wheels for the garage door. Installation person was very professional and very knowledgable. They didn't try to up sell anything that wasn't necessary. They went above and beyond their job duties to setup the WiFi capability, make sure installation was cleanly installed (i.e. looks nice), and helped to understand the general maintenance involved with keeping a garage door opener running for a long time. Overall they have great customer service and respectful staff. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for service on their garage doors.

The spring suddenly snapped on my wooden garage door! Too heavy to lift, we were home bound with the car in the garage. The young guy arrived as soon as possible the next morning; rainy awful weather caused a delay from the appointment time by an hour. I would gladly have waited much longer for this highly experienced young man. Over 13 years in the industry, he’s proficient, polite, and professional. He worked us in to a very hectic schedule. Tech arrived 3hrs later than originally scheduled but kept me informed of time delay so I wasn't waiting around. Tech was very knowledgeable about repair needed and fixed garage door with no issues and willing to explain everything done.

Reliant is amazing! I called and shopped around to several other companies. I mostly found incompetence, scammers, and bait/switch. Not only does Reliant have the best customer services and pricing, they also have the best warranty I have seen. I'll be using them moving forward.
