I ask for quotes late in the afternoon and got a reply from Reliant almost immediately and they were at the house the next day at 8:30. Explanation of work and quality of work was great.

Reliant had some serious Emergencies however Justin continued to guarantee service at specific times. I lost count of how many times they missed those guarantees.It appears to me reliant is just an answering service that refers your Job to the nearest subcontractor. It appears the subcontractor may just have a relationship to get business, but there does not seem to be sufficient inter-communication and accountability

We couldn't be any happier with the service, quality and professionalism of everyone we worked with. Brandon was very upfront with options, pricing and timing. He offered a repair option for our opener instead of just saying we had to replace it. He went above norms to respond promptly. The tech who came out did a great job of completing the repair to our opener and installing an upgraded door. He cleaned up the area as he worked and finished much quicker than we expected. We will use Reliant at put next home and for our shop. They were the best out of 4 quotes and delivered above our expectations.

Amazing service. I called at 6:45 pm with my door opening /closing problem. My service person arrived at my home at 7:15 pm, and my problem was fixed that evening. Thanks, Reliant!

David with Reliant came out, identified the problem and presented me with repair options and explained the advantages and disadvantages with each. After I made my selection he got to work and finished promptly. Great work at a reasonable price.

Willing to come in the evening after I was home from work. Found the problem(s), fixed to working satisfaction, did not push new parts.

Set up Thursday 10:00AM appt Tuesday evening, got call at 9:30AM Thursday that tech would not be at my home until between 12&1 PM, I called business around 3PM and was told tech would call when 30 minutes out. Tech called at 4PM, he showed up at 4:40PM, 6+hours after scheduled arrival. He assembled and and hung the opener, when I came out after some time, he had tested door and told me switch for wall was not in box and that he had looked TWICE and I could just get a doorbell switch from Home Depot and he showed me which wires to connect it to, when I told him I would go and get it he said he had to leave, I paid him cash and he left. I went to Home Depot with receipt for them to open garage door opener box and get switch, when I got home I turned the original box upside down on the floor and indeed found the original opener switch, I also noticed that the new safety sensors and mounts were gone. Saturday I called business and asked the same lady to email my receipt with any warranty on labor info, I gave her my email TWICE and never received anything. WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CUSTOMER AND HOMEOWNER USING THIS SITE TO DATE, VERY WEAK FROM BEGINNING TO END!

the installer and his helper did a good job considering the condition of my garage walls and ceiling. i will call them back when I'm ready for an auto opener.
