Response time was fast and the repair to the springs was done the same day at a great price! The gentleman who came out to help gave me my options and information needed to get the job done. Everything was explained and all my questions were answered. They also wrote out estimates for replacing the opener when it comes time for that. Very easy to work with.

The guys with Reliant did a good job on our garage door install. They helped up go from two separate doors to one large garage door which has been such a convenience. The patchwork from the old middle beam wasn't perfect but from afar you can't tell and the bottom of the machine was a bit scratched from the install but other than that the door looks great. So much easier to pull in and out. They also cleaned up after and took away the old doors! Thanks for the help!

Colin was great. Not only did he do all the repairs in a timely manner (and in the rain i might add), he was very aware of safety and explained the job in great detail.

Fast response! We were ready to replace garage door. But when they came out and looked at the problem said not necessary and completed repair for a fair price--much less than an entire door. Honesty and fairness works!!
