Reliant Overhead

The work completed on my garage motor was excellent. Josh installed the motor and explained everything I needed to know about it. In the near future, we will have the garage door replaced by Reliant Overhead.

They were on time. Extremely professional and honest.

Brandon was very professional and did an excellent job. 11 year old garage working like new. They were a little more expensive than I thought but so far, the quality of their work is above reproach. As an update to my original post, I called Brandon 2 days after call about another issue and he was quick to take care of the problem. Great response.

Went on home advisor around 8 this morning, Reliant Overhead called a few minutes later, they gave me a quote. They told me the repairman would be there within the hour.By 10 this morning the broken spring had been replaced and they also checked other parts of garage door. The repairman was polite young man who did his job in a quick and efficient way, no wasted time.

We had a broken spring. Brandon came out and repaired and also installed a new LiftMaster Elite opener. He took the time to walk through all the details. Our garage door is now quiet, smooth and WiFi connected. :-) I will use them again for any overhead door needs.

I needed my garage door opener repaired ASAP. They tried to come same day. They were on another job. It was getting late so we rescheduled to next day at 8am. Chris arrived early and finished repair before lunch.

Received call within ONE MINUTE from company after selecting! Tech was able to schedule repair for 2 hour from calling! Work was completed within ONE HOUR from time arrived. Tech: Replaced spring, made all necessary adjustments, lubricated track, rollers, hinges and new spring. Tech advised to lubricate all moving parts and track at least ONCE PER YER or sooner if it gets noisy/squeaks. Warranty: Spring- 10 Years; Labor - 90 Days. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing a garage door repair or maintenance. Total Cost: $175.00
