Reliant replaced wrong spring 1 1/2 years ago and they said one broke due to wrong size. They replaced both springs again with the correct size this time and I have a 10 yr warranty.

They were honest and great to work with. I had Reliant and another company come out for estimates the first company wanted to charge me over 300 dollars and i told them i might as well buy a new opener then they lowered the price by 50 dollars then after i still said no they lowered it by another 75 if I had the work done that day. The guy from reliant came out recoginzed that we had already had previous work on the springs ,told us exactly what was wrong with the track and the total was 189,he said we didnt need the other 4 things fixed the previous guy told us about and showed us that nothing was wrong with them. Garage door opens smoothly now and is so quiet. Thanks guys!!!!!! and stay honest. Karla and Alistair Arthur.

Reliant Overhead is fast, professional, and friendly. They came out and repaired my door the same day, and even took the extra effort to grease my chain that had become really noisy. I would recommend Reliant to anyone needing garage door services.

Customer service was helpful and prompt. But I really liked the qualified workman "Will" who came out and very methodically explained everything I didn't know about garage doors and helped me make good decisions on repairing and rebuilding the overhead door system.

Knowledgeable, professional technician, was able to come the morning I called - I hadn't had a service call on the door in 9 years and it was definitely time - now I should be good to go for a long time more.

The technician was very professional and punctual and did an outstanding job in a timely manner.

They responded quickly, and were very knowledgeable and experienced. They recognized that my broken spring was actually outside the window of the recommended size for my garage door and replaced them with the right ones. I had them do an overhaul to replace bad bearings and the door now works better than it ever has, extending the life of all the garage door opener mechanical and electrical components.

Technician did a complete inspection of components to ensure that there would not be a problem w/validation of the warranty.
