I gave this rating because the professionals contacted me immediately and sent a service professional out within two ours. This is the best repair service I have ever had! The guy who came out was prompt, quick and polite!

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Needed a simple spring broken. Service member (who they terminated 1-day after service) sold me on adding 2 springs when I only needed one. The next morning the garage came up too quickly and smashed into the drywall due to the additional force. I called the company and gave them 7 days to come out and fix the issue, without any results. After 7 days, I called and let them know it has taken too long and need it fixed immediately or will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. Owner then called me back and told me not to threaten them and that they would not fix the damage they caused.

Arrived on time and was complete pretty quickly! I explained that I needed to pi k my kids up from school at a certain time and the I stalker was able to finish in time! Did an excellent job and no issues at all. removed old materials and door and did an excellent job. I will have the. do the other door when it is time (very soon)

Will listened to my needs then explained the options in detail without pushing the top end. It was an easy process. Justin was extremely fair on price. They worked around my schedule, not theirs.
