I would like to thank Reliant and the installer Will for their professionalism and thoroughness in getting a new garage door opener installed when ours began to fail. They were very quick to respond and come out after accepting the requests from HomeAdvisor and were out the next day early a.m.. Will did a great job in explaining our options. After selecting Reliant for the job Will came out to install and then helped us through understanding how to operate the system as well as setting up the car remote for my wife. Great Service, I recommend.

Will was outstanding. He talked me through everything that was needed and the cost. He proformed the work and explained each step of the way.

I got three estimates to replace my garage door. Reliant Overhead was the least expensive estimate and all the reviews I saw for Reliant Overhead were good. David provided the estimate and did the install. The door quality is equal to or better than the other two estimates. David was as professional as you can get during the estimate and the install. Installer was over 2 hours late. The front office ordered the wrong doors. Mine we re to have 2 windows in the top panel rec d doors with no windows. Installer was a talker. Every time I would chack on him he would stop working and talk talk talk. I shouldn t have to loan the installer my tools. He said he couldn t find his level as example

Good follow thru. Have an issue with the opener working with the opening device that is standard in my 3 autos.

They called before the appt time and were timely. They also had all the equipment needed to do the job right then.

Excellent Experience

Reliant gave me a reasonable offer. Made an appointment, tech was even early. Took about 30 minutes to adjust torsion spring and slight adjustment on my second door. Quick and professional.

I was worried about finding service on the Saturday before Easter, but they really came through! So thankful!
