When being a homeowner, there are things within our homes that we take for granted. There are other things that we are not aware of because we were not educated on the care and maintenance. Honesty and integrity can go a long way in a contractor/customer relationship. I am not a â bitchâ when harping on contractors because I understand the nature of the business and things can happen that are outside of their control. The servicing of my garage door was delayed twice, in which it worked out better for me in the interim. I appreciate the young lady I communicated with in that she explained what happened both times. Come this past Saturday, May 25, 2019, service tech "W. H." calls to let me know that he was in route. He arrived, asked me about the issues, and starts his inspection. This is the part that where I was really appreciative of "W. H."â ¦he began to educated me about the small things on a garage door that can lead to bigger issues. He gave me a hands-on look into the bearings in one of the rollers and explained how it should work and sound and what not to use when lubing the rollers, hinges, and springs. "W. H." went further in pointing out the improper installation of the garage door opener and the cons if not corrected. In closing, Reliant Overhead has a great service tech in "W. H." and I highly recommend him if you want to be educated about maintaining your garage door. In reference to the second phone call to reschedule again, just be honest with the customer; that level of customer service can go a long way.

Russ was very friendly on the phone and very quick to send someone out to fix a sudden broken cable first thing In the morning (discovered trying to get out the door to get to work), so that i Would miss as little work as possible. I regret I don t remember the technician s name but he was very nice, respectful, and quick but thorough.
