Good experience, very helpful

I really enjoyed working with them. They show up when they say they will, customer service was good and everything was set up so quickly! Highly recommend.

Service was on time and quickly repaired.

Reliant was here as expected. He took care of the problem and fixed the sensor wires. We ordered another remote and he was prepared to do that. We were satisfied with the work.

David at Reliant was professional and friendly. The firm was quick to get an installer on the job and competitive on their price.

Brandon showed up for a quote and was able to fix my spring issue on the spot. He was nice, precessional and quick!!

They were super responsive and quick to get the repair done. I had to have them come out again because I was not satisfied with the work done, but they fixed the issue right away and for that I'd hire them again.

Due to complications that arose on the job prior to ours, the tech was not able to arrive when scheduled. He, JC,, was very good about calling us to update us several times about his expected arrival time. He was not able to get to our house until about 5:30 PM on a Saturday, I offered to wait until Monday because there was quite a lot of work to be done. JC thanked me but said he didnâ t mind doing the work then in spite of the start time because he wanted us to be able to use the garage as soon as possible due to predicted storms. JC was thorough, careful, fixed all of the problems and the work site completely cleaned up. He showed me what was done to fix the problems and why the work was necessary and answered all of my questions. He checked the the worked to show me that the problems were repaired. In spite of the late start, he at no rushed through the work. I was very pleased with the communication, work done and politeness of JC. I would definitly use this company again.

I was contacted right away and serviced the same day. Quality work done by a professional. If I ever need further garage door repair or replacement, this will be my first call.

Prompt arrival ... left sight clean ... will return as soon as outside remote keypad becomes available.

Brandon is very knowledgeable and did a great job keeping me informed as to what was wrong with the unit and what need to be done.

Highly recommend! ... especially if you are lucky enough to get Will to come out to do the work - he was truly great. I'll definitely use their services again next I have garage door issues.

Finally a company that puts the customer first and does a great job! Dont hesitate to go with Reliant Overhead! Update: Our walk-thru gate lock and our solar panel for our gate opener needed adjusting after the initial installs. Wow, they came out immediately on two separate occasions and didnt charge us anything for the adjustments! It is so hard to find this kind of customer service! I will use Reliant for all my gate and garage maintenance! A+
