My garage door came off the rails and just missed hitting my car. It was 5:30 PM and I contacted HomeAdvisor and they gave me Reliant's number. Even at that late hour Brittany called to try and find someone to help me as I could not get my car out of the garage and the door had a gap opening. C. J. drove over an hour and fixed my door so it would close for the night. He ordered a new door and was out Friday morning to finish the job. C. J. was courteous and professional and did a great job on the door - Brittany was kind and compassionate. I will definitely recommend Reliant Overhead.

TJ came all the from Plano and we showed him the problem and he said we can have it done today. He left to get the supplies to replace the garage door, came back and had it installed in less than 2 hours. Hopefully, we won’t need any garage service anytime soon, but if we did, Reliant would be whom we call.

Any time I have problems with my garage door, I will be contacting Reliant Overhead for assistance. I had the pleasure of working with Will to repair my door. He was very thorough when providing information and making suggestions regarding the repairs needed. He also made sure he had my express consent prior to completing any repairs or making any changes. And all of this great customer service with very reasonable rates as well. Reliant Overhead has a customer for life.
