Really gratifying experience. The order taker recommended a great new garage door opener at my request and knew which accessories I would need. The installer showed up on time with a courtesy call first. He completed the installation quickly and the system works beautifully. He was friendly and answered all questions fully.

After requesting a quote via Home Advisor, Russell the owner promptly called to answer any questions I had and to give a quote. I had called another company for a quote and called another after Russell. Russell wasn't the least expensive, but when i mentioned he wasn't the lowest (by only a little), he offered to throw in new rollers for the garage door. He gave me his personal number to call him back and answered the first time i called. He had a service tech at my house the same day... A SUNDAY... and the tech was prompt and friendly. Not only did he replace both springs and the rollers as quoted, but he noticed a few other minor things that were incorrect with the previous installation and fixed those for no extra charge. He almost certainly saved me a second service call in the future. I don't write many reviews, because most providers are not so remarkable to warrant my time to write a review Reliant Overhead was great.
