Everything went better than expected. Was being jerked around by another contractor who was insisting that I had to completely gut my home. Guys at regent told me that was absolutely not necessary and provided proof. Never felt like they were trying to sell me something they just showed me the straight up evidence. Anthony with the recon team was Johnny on the spot when it came to communication. Chris who was the leader of the water guys were so thorough even the adjuster was like dang these guys did a good job. Hard to find a honest contractor these days but always felt like these guys did good by me. Will keep their phone number saved in case this happens again.

My restoration went quite well. They came in to demo and then restore my upstairs bathroom after the AC in the attic flooded it. I was thankful they were able to complete the entire job for me as it was time sensitive. Thank you Chris, Jeff, Jose, Kyle and Nathan for such care and attention.

First I would like to thank Chris Sumrow and his crew Allan and Alfonso for their compassion and professionalism in my moment of loss and grief. Chris arrived in timely fashion accessed the job gave a fair price with no hidden costs, his crew Alland & Alfonso did a wonderful and perfect job of cleaning up the mess in a efficient and timely manner again their professionalism and compassion was above and beyond I'm eternally grateful. This company is horrible! We have been working with them since July of last year. The mitigation manager assigned far too many fans for our house. They blew out our fuses multiple times before finally approving some of the fans to be removed. The measurements of our house were off so 5 months later after the work was done they had to come and re-measure. All that aside it may have been an okay experience had we not received blatant disregard from multiple people processing our claim. Nathan Spielhagen sent the wrong invoice multiple times addressing the wrong person. When we called to ask about the delay, since the 3-week estimated time had passed, he claimed we needed to call our insurance. Once we received a copy of what was sent it was the wrong invoice. We then had to wait an additional 3 weeks for the repairs to start. Now finally the work is complete and we are back in our house. But we are fighting with Nicole Littlejohn for the final payments. We received a past-due invoice on the final day of payment. It appears she has no one to help her, although she included Cierra Gallegos and Sara Rodriguez in her emails to us. Cierra let us know that Nicole handles her accounts alone in so many words. Sara did not answer. Nicole has been out of the office for about a week and has provided multiple excuses when we have been able to get her on the phone. Although the number provided is a cell phone we haven’t received any communication until this morning (2-7-23). It usually takes multiple calls and multiple emails. We finally received a text from the number provided that she was at an appointment. It definitely makes us wonder if she would have been able to provide a response during the snowstorm that it may be a while. None of the managers have responded either. I sent an email to Monica Wilson and Janelle Striplin with no response. It has been tiring chasing down someone from this company to provide us with clear answers, especially when it is very clear we are being ignored. This is by far the worse experience I have had with any company.

Beware of Regent Restoration!! Super professional company on the front end when they are wanting to come into your home and get your business. I had what I thought was a severe water leak in my home they gained my trust and got my business all $20,000 of it. Was promised that they were a one stop company, did it all start to finish with no mandatory contracts. Once mitigation and abatement was complete they charged my insurance and were paid $20,000 this did not include the rebuild. During the mitigation process crew left my garage door open twice during the night while my family and I were in a hotel. After abatement there was paint removed from the walls and ceiling’s and that is when the wonderful communication and professionalisms stopped from Regent Restoration. When it came to have a like kind and quality estimate done to submit to insurance we were told by Jeff first and later by rebuild manager Nicole that it is company policy for costumers to sign a sales contract awarding regent restoration the work before an estimate would even be done. After refusal to Jeff to sign contract and Nicole hanging up on me, hear I am two months later holding the bag….destroyed home and an insurance adjuster waiting for an estimate. Horrible and very unprofessional DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD BUT I HAVE TO GIVE 1 WHICH REALLY IRRITATES ME PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE YOUR GET SCAMMED!!!! I hired this company because I had a fire on 9/5/17 and after they came out and accessed the situation I was told that this was the way to go because they specialized in this work and they would also help with the insurance company because insurance companies screwed elderly people which they hated & this was told to me by the owner of the company Cliff! Well to the worst decision I have ever made I believed him which was a MISTAKE!!!! So I'll begin from the beginning I was told that they would come in get rid of the smoke smell and reconstruct everything that was damaged and I did not need to be there to inventory everything that their company took care of all of that so it would be a stress free and care free situation! So I left it all to them which this was my first house fire so I just assumed that is how thing were done in these types of situations. They take all my items and write out a non-salvage list to send in to the insurance which first off the insurance adjuster told Cliff that everything upstairs was non salvageable and was not to even try to be cleaned which they cleaned and charged us. Not only that it took them 4 months for a job they told us would take a month to 2 months tops which wasn't true so a family of 5 had to stay in a hotel for 4 months which isn't easy with 3 teenages. When we did get back into the house it still smelt of fire smoke so we had to wait more time to get the smell out but that's what they specialize in. Then half of our stuff came up either missing or thrown into the trash which I have pictures of the stuff thrown away and it wasn't list on non-salvageable to be replaced by the insurance and to top that off they charged us for services that were never done or we didn't even have. For example they charged us for cleaning our garbage disposal which we have never had one since we have owned the house. They also charged us cleaning all the contents upstairs which they weren't supposed to even try to clean due to the fact the insurance adjuster told us and Cliff not to even try. Also they hire the cheapest Mexican crew to do they job regents bids out the jobs to different crews and the cheapest one wins the job. You would think for the amount they are charging you for you would get a professional company to do professional work which is not true Kendall is the one who told us this which is the man assigned to our job. The crew they hired played basketball for an hour every morning before getting to work which my neighbor that is the mayor of our town told us that due to the fact we were in a different town at a hotel! So I know it's true! Now that they want to get paid they don't want to take off the money they charged for services that were never done or our belongings that were broken or that came up missing or thrown away as of right now they owe us around 3500.00 but 2644.00 is for the stuff they charged that was never done so I hope nobody else gets taken advantage from the his company ever again. Those prices aren't even including the costs the charged us for cleaning contents from upstairs when they were suppose to just put all that stuff on the non salvage list so they owe us even more than what I wrote up above. Cliff is being childish and will not even talk to me because he knows I'm in the right and Kendall quit talking to me months ago ever now and then I will get a text back from him so please look for a professional company unless you want shorty work done and to be charged for an outrageous price. Then this company Regent Restoration is perfectly right for you!!!!!

They are the best! When our toilets overflowed, we freaked out and immediately called them for help. It took them about 3 days to clear out the area and during those days they were always efficient and professional. They were able to restore the place to the way it was before and I am so glad that the problem was gone. If ever we needed help again, I won't hesitate to give them a call! I highly recommend this company for their amazing services!

The basement was flooded due to the burst pipes and we failed to notice it sooner so damage was big. So I immediately called for help and this company was quick to comply to our request. The crew arrived as expected and so I showed them the basement. They quickly went to work and it took them some time to finally clear the place. They were amazing and they repaired the damaged areas of the basement. So glad to have called to this company and I will recommend their services to my friends!

I had a very similar experience as the previous reviewer; the water mitigation was timely and conducted in a very professional manner. Steven, Steve and Kade were all dedicated professionals and committed to doing the job right. (This was the only part that didn't rate an F minus) However, when the job got handed over to the recostruction crew, and in particular an employee named Joel, it quickly became a NIGHTMARE. I've been through 5 months of utter frustration, horrible customer service and communication and it appears I am about to begin another round of unpleasant negotiations based on faulty workmanship. I will update the review with details as thinngs progress but I felt compelled to WARN OTHERS to STAY FAR AWAY from this company as long as Joel remains employed.

They didn't complete the job I had all kinds of nightmare with them, the problem that I might rework that I had done, I had some boarding done so they had a restoration company that came in did the clean up on the water side that side was excellent they done a great job but the construction side they didn't do a good job at all I mean they were suppose to have redone my whole kitchen put in need cabinets they brought in used cabinets they screwed up all the measurements is wrong nothing fits I ended up have to use someone else to everything done it took them, it almost took a year to get everything done I just recently got my place finish about a month ago. We have some finical issue about what they were doing I had to get my insurance company involve because they didn't do the work according to the quote that they wrote my insurance company.
