Appointment was made within an approved period of time.
The staff were alright. His nurse was friendly and had nice things to say about the doctor.
When he came into the examination room, he was dressed well and was very nice.
We got acquainted and had a brief discussion.

Problems with this experience:
The exam room was extremely dirty. A large stain on the carpet caught my eye upon entering.
Underneath the desk were wadded up papers and several paper clips on the floor.
The exam table, although the paper roll seemed unused, had a lot of dust bunnies and accumulated dust
around the bottom support.
A rather large apparatus between the exam table and the wall was also dirty.
There were boxes piled everywhere in the hallway. I thought he might be in the process of moving or
shifting things but he is still at that location.

So, although I did find the doctor like able, I could not accept the surroundings and would
not make another appointment.

Interviewed for my symptoms and past medical history thorough and efficient, in person, not by computer or sheet of paper questionaire.
Generally thorough exam and laboratory studies, performed extras I requested, sent letter explaining outcome and offered a follow up appointment to address additional querries if I chose to do so. I did not, had plenty information and just need to implement the changes.
Will continue to use this practice in future as I like their way of doing things.

He is very thorough.  He is caring.  He is an excellent doctor.  I never had any complaints with him.  It is easy to get an appointment with him.

He is very accessible. So many doctors aren't available for weeks, but I can get into him quickly when needed. His mannerisms are very nice and I think he is very thorough.

When he answers a question it is like a computer downloading. Not only is he good but he is funny and clever. His bedside manner is lacking but that is because he is too busy on account of him being such a great doctor.

The doctor has been working on some sun-spot damage on my head which with older gentlemen who are bald as I am, sometimes these things start to show up after 30 or 40 years of overexposure to the sun on a head that's either bald or near bald. If those spots are not eradicated and treated, that could become a serious problem. None of these spots have been cancerous but any spot like that that stays unattended tends to continue to grow and when you have growth cells, it doesn't matter if they are non-cancerous, they could become so. I have been having the spots eradicated either by laser treatment or by the freeze treatment which is a treatment that numbs the area. It is a very cold and numbing sensation and freezes those spots and they turn black and gray and then those little areas disappear. We have had cancer in our family on both sides. I haven't had a problem getting in for the treatments. I might have to wait for a couple of days. One time I knew my son was coming down with some kind of chest infection and it was bronchitis. It wasn't an emergency, but I asked to go in that day when I called early in the morning and they got me in. So that was good. I don't pay too much attention to the office environment. But it's fine and it's clean. They have magazines and a nice place to sit. I take a book and I read till they call my name. The only thing that annoys me is that sometimes after I check in, the receptionist says that I have an outstanding bill. I don't go there to find out that I have an outstanding bill. Instead they could just send me the bill. If the doctor writes a prescription that is either called in by me or called in by the pharmacy, there is a $10.00 charge. I might have a balance of $10.00. I have never heard of that charge before being from Connecticut and that is annoying. It's almost like they are not going to let me in to see the doctor unless I pay the $10.00. They are not the best but they are not the worst on punctuality.

I can discuss things with him. He will take the time to give you some feed back. If I have questions he will answer them. He's pretty detailed like that. We have been going to him for years. He explains things to me. My wife has gone to him and had many questions and he puts her mind to rest. He's the best primary physican we have had. He's great.
