Everything was excellent

I have been using them for about 6 years now, it always turns out better than I thought they are willing to do the small stuff too and didn’t nickel and dime me for extra cost, I trust them completely, have used them at my business as well but mostly at my homes two different remodels. Jim is the kindest and honest man ever.

Absolutely excellent. Perfect workmanship , communication and very punctual.. No job is great if the crew is not, and this crew is dependable and does excellent work. One of the most important aspects of job and crew is the daily perfect clean-up. I only use this G.C. both personal home & business.

Went very well. All of the workers were very professional and were very careful while working inside my home. Will be using them again soon for my next project.

We first had Xquisite refinish our kitchen, bathroom cabinets, and block paneling. The results were outstanding! Everyone involved with the job did so in a very professional and helpful way. If a problem came up, Jim would be there to talk to us and come up with a solution without hesitation. There were even times when my wife and I asked if changes could be made or if some other task could be done. Again, Jim would listen to our request and was more than willing to take care of them. Have gotten many compliments from friends and family on how good the kitchen, bathrooms and block paneling looks now. Amazing!!! As can be seen, we have had Xquisite back several times over the past couple of years to do other work on our house and could not be happier with the work. I am sure that I will have them back to make repairs in the future. I highly recommend Xquisite to anyone who wants quality results from management and workers who take pride in there work, working with you, the results of their labor, and the smile/look on your face when they are done!

PERFECT!!!!!

Very bad experience -did not do anything as agreed -said timing would be first week in Jan not done yet as of Feb 13 - gave us a written price quote and then asked us to absorb a $200 price increase - we refused - never proactively provided status, I have had to follow up for timing on install over and over again - said they could adhere to a time schedule so I could arrange for dogs to be out of house. Also said it would take a day to install. I arranged for the house to be empty from 8am-5:30 on a Friday. Came home at 6pm and backyard and inside home were a mess with tools and debris- no contractor on site. I called and contractor insisted they return to finish the job that evening with no regard to our schedule and plans. They returned and tried to continue to work. I discovered that they had done something when they used their high amp equipment which blew our electricity in several rooms- so no lights, etc in 2 rooms. They initially tried to say they did not do this. I had to insist they stop their work and fix the electric issue. In the mean time, the dogs were 'housed' in the running car from 6-8:30 during this fiasco. - Very argumentative and when asked why they simply did not call me when the install not going to be done by the time we came home - said they did not know what time it was. - all of this could have been avoided with good customer service and proactive communications. -quality is rated NA as door install is not completed but - at this point regardless of quality, I would not do business with this company again if they paid me, it is simply not worth the frustration. Every nightmare that you hear about working with a difficult contractor has happened and the project manager response is continually that he has no control. What........... no control regarding making a simple phone call?
