Matt was straight forward did not bad mouth the other companies, He said he wouldn't be the most expensive, but not the cheapest either he was right. What he did have was a quailty product from a local company.

Matt, Ted, and his crew were great. Very professional and extremely helpful. I had received bids from muliple companies and salesman including Sear and Home Depot and Matt at Legacy was far more straightforward and honest with me then any of the other groups. Not to mention that pricing was under what was quoted to me by other groups without losing the quality of the product. I had a specific leaking problem that could not be diagnosed until the windows were out. Unlike the other companies they did not just stop in the middle and refuse to continue the work due to a liability issue. They were able to diagnose the issue as not only the windows but the siding around the window. The same crew that did the windows then was able to help replace the siding. How nice not to have to deal with multiple work crews and to get this done in a quick manner possible thus saving my wall where water was leaking!! I have had plently of bad experiences with contractors to know that this company has a company to be proud of. They were great! I recieved a fair price and Mark kept me updated every step of the way. Everything was done exactly as they said it would be and I absolutely LOVE my new windows (the 1AM train no longer wakes me up every night).

Legacy Exteriors is an outstanding company. You deal directly with the owners, and they installed a great product very professionally. Their installation team is top notch and were able to avoid several potential problems due their experience and expertise. My brickwork was poor around several windows, and I had some siding issues a s well, and they were able to come up with innovvative and fantastic solutions to make the windows fit and look perfect with no additional brick work needed. It is very refreshing to have a contractor tell you exactly what they are going to do, and then deliver above expectations. A great overall experience

Matt did an excellent job of explaining the difference in window types and the different ratings. I have a full understanding of how windows work best for my situation. I replaced 8 windows and a sliding glass door. They quoted 6 weeks delivery to installation and they were there on the day. The installation guys Mark, Chris and Team did an excellent job also, they showed up at 9 am and were completely finished by 3 pm. I watched them do the work and it was first class. No mess. Love the triple pane windows, noticed a difference right away on my AC.

Matt and Mark were both great to work with and followed through on everything they committed to do. Their crews were very courteous, professional, and helpful at all times on the project.
