First of all, they were scheduled to come at 2:00 on Friday; about 1:30 on that day I received a phone call to let me know that they needed to reschedule because they were short handed. We rescheduled for 2:00 the next day (Saturday). About 1:00 on Saturday I received a phone call that they would be late and should arrive around 3:00. They showed up at 3:15. The person that called me said that I could have a choice of 2 or 3 items because they had to reschedule. I chose the baseboard cleaning.
The crew that showed up was a 4 woman crew. We have a four bedroom house, but I closed off 3 of the bedrooms so they did not need to clean them. My husband and I went outside while the crew was cleaning. After about 45 minutes the crew leader came outside and said they were through. I paid them and they left.
A few minutes later, I went to feed my dogs and saw that the baseboard by the dog bowl was still dusty and that there was dirt all around the dog bowl. Upon further inspection I noticed that nothing was moved to clean; not even a dog bowl. I certainly wouldn't expect them to move large pieces of furniture or appliance, but I think moving a dog bowl or small lamp table would be expected. They basically cleaned the middle of the rooms. The floor in the masterbath was damp and still dirty. There was dust on top of the towel rack, I could not tell that any of the baseboards had been cleaned and I was totally disappointed with the service.
I attempted to call the manager, Mr. Platt, as I thought he would like to know how dissatisfied I was with their service. He never returned my call. When I scheduled the service I told the woman on the phone that I was looking for a service to come clean our house every two weeks. I would think they would try a little harded if they wanted a repeat customer.

Not good at all....firstly the crew came at my house 10:55 am...scheduled time between 10-10:30 am. I gave them there space to clean as I was outside sitting the entire time on my swing. Upon inspection when they said there were DONE. I went upstairs only to see mop streaks on my wood floors, which I specifically told them sweep only not to mop. The window sill on my windows facing the front of the house was never cleaned, and I paid extra for that too... ( I have pics to prove it).. the kitchen cupboard still has veggie stain, paper under my breakfast table......the ceiling fan upstairs was not cleaned and they are telling me they are finish, REALLY?????, behind the toilet in my master bath was not swept, and then the maid giving me attitude when I asked her about it. I let it ride and move on to inspect something else, I asked her another question ( now keep in mind that this maid speaks English) so it not like she did not understand what I was asking her, she looked at me directly in my face and turned her head. At that point I told them to leave my house..NO one and I mean NO one comes into my home and gives me an attitude...I really thought that I would off gotten a better job done, I call the office which the maids did not hesitate to call as well, to inform them, they did offer to send another crew out to finish the job, but why send another crew when the first crew should have done the job in the first place. I am truly disappointed, I should have gone with Molly Maids in the first place...

The first time I was just so happy to get some help.....I've been sick and needed help with the cleaning duties. Regular house service states tat fans will be cleaned. My fans haven't been cleaned by this group. Nor do they move the couch or chairs to vacuum underneath. I won't be using them again

We had paid for the deluxe cleaning. Upon inspection, noticed things were not completed...dusting was only partially done, floors still dirty in various areas of house, some bathroom faucets not cleaned, some mirrors not cleaned, etc. They also have no idea how to make a bed. Called company 3 days in a row and left messages, but no one ever returned phone calls. Finally reached them on the 4th attempt and it seemed the individual answering the phone had no interest in listening to the complaint much less resolving it. I do not recommend this company.

Spoke to Manager after cleaning crew left about overall job. She offered to send the same crew back or send a different crew on different day. I told her that my first impression of cleaning quality was very poor and was not interested and should have received my money’s worth on the first visit (not a trial run). Also mentioned that it might be beneficial to the Company to better train the crew and suggested maybe a supervisor show up on the first day to explain to crew and client as what is to be expected. Overall … very disappointed in outcome. Furthermore, they use a very strong cleaning solution that, of course, makes everything smell clean. But is it really???

"Member; We stand for all of our services, that way we do not have bad reviews, we treat our customers with respect, that the way we want our clients to treat our crews, about the laguage they speak, you could always comunicate with the office if you didnt want the service and let them go, the crew went to your property for over 3 hours, with 3 people, they did everything what a Basic Cleaning is, as we advertised , you got an Special that is $80.00 only for a basic cleaning as the ad says, we do not clean windows inside or outside, baseboards, blinds, oven and refrigertor included in that price, if you need those services, we did informed you that you need to get a different package or pay for the extra services. The Ad in Katy Magazine said $80.00 Basic Cleaning, and you can also search in our web site what a basic cleaning means, we are completly sorry that you wanted to get more services with out paying the cost for them, but we can not give those services if they are not requested and of course we can provide them if the customer wont pay for them. all the extra services are at extra charged as "Manteinance Page says" (check our extras ) Thank you , and we hope that you find the right company that can fit your budget."
