Description of Work: We had paid for the deluxe cleaning, which included basic cleaning as well as extras (mini blind or baseboard wipe out, oven or refrigerator clean, clean ceiling fans, clean reachable windows inside, and stair clean up as well as vacuum).

Description of Work: We hired Twogether Maids last weekend after finding their ad on the Cy-Fair Magazine, we love the way the manager talk to us , she even recommended some places here in Cypress because we just moved here from Colorado. The best thing about Twogether Maids Cleaning Service...THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND RETURN MESSAGES!! It may sound ridiculous, but most cleaning companies I have encountered do not do this, they usually don't most of the times they set your appointment and you never hear back from them or they don't even show up for the cleaning and give you 20 excuses if they answer the phone. When we first set the appointment up , the Manager told us that they'll call the day before as a reminder , which they did, which was fabulous because we always forget everything. They left a voice mail with the date of the cleaning and the estimated time of arrival. We've tried many other individuals to clean our home back in town, and none of them were as professional, prompt or nearly as thorough as Twogether Maid's. Their rates are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. The crew arrived exactly at 9:30 am ,they got everything down and start working from top to bottom, they got 3 vacuums down, all professional vacuum, which none of the companies we used before had, they used oreck vacuums, one that looked pretty heavy for the whole house, another one for the stairs same brand, and another one for the windows sills that goes in their back same brand, I loved it since they got in with their uniform and the vacuum on their back , looked really professional. Everything start there, they start cleaning upstairs they made all my kids beds, and the bathrooms look like new, the even dust the vents on the ceiling. I asked them to do the base boards, because when we just move in the previous owner had two pets , so they used one of the vacuums, to vacuum all the baseboards and then they clean it by hand , with a damp cloth, they're amazing ! The went from the second floor , to the first floor after an hour, the house smell so good, they used the lemon furniture polish and clean all my bathrooms top to bottom, i even took many pictures for the before and after to show it to my friends, my kitchen look incredible, i really don't know how they clean it because it was really grease, i'm just amazed ! My husband and I took the kids out,that way they can work around, when we came back after 2 hours they were done, they took around 21/2 hours to clean our house which is big with 4 people , its amazing! we were able to enjoy the park and come back to a clean home with out me picking up and spending all my Saturday asking my husband to help me with the kids " which he wont" while a clean. We posted all our pictures on Facebook for our friends to see it, and they think that our house is gorgeous thanks to them! but it didn't look that way before they came. Now we set up our cleaning to be every other Saturday around the same time, for the same flat rate, soo affordable , so worth it for the amount of work they do. Awesome results and great service! Description of Work: Basic package ($80.00 advertised special) requested. Ladies arrived on time, were very polite; minimal English. They were not interested in discussing the needs and could not provide much information about service. Claimed it would only take 1 1/2 hrs. to clean entire home (approx. 3200 sq. ft. w/4 baths). Breakdown based on COMPANY’S advertisement: All Rooms Dust and Polish Furniture – no polishing done at all; barely dusted over furniture; did not move any objects from dressers or bookshelves, dusted around. No dusting of wall shelves, wall objects, or anything moveable on dressers/bookshelves. Spoke to manager about this, and she explained that they don’t dust any of these items fear of breakage. (I guess this is their definition of “Bonded & Insured”.)Empty Trash, Change Bed Linens – did not do, nor asked if necessary Ceiling Fans and Fixtures – barely passed over Kitchen – Cleaning of exterior of appliances, countertops – good Vacuum Carpet and Wash Floors: Vacuum - good. As for cleaning ceramic tile, did not sweep prior to slightly mopping. Furthermore, did not attempt to vacuum door mats (small 20” x 36”) nor did they move when mopping floors. Did not move table chairs, mopped around. Still in basic cleaning range??? Bathrooms – Basically sprayed and wipe down sink areas; don’t really consider that disinfectant. Did not wipe down cabinets or light fixtures never touched, not even dusted. Counters still had major build-up of dust on back of counter. Mopping – poor, especially behind toilets and small areas – did not touch.

Description of Work: paid for a deep cleaning. Things were not completed on their advertised list. I contacted manager through mail and the response was everything was completed. i even offered for her to come take a look for herself and i never heard back and they would not answer my calls.

Description of Work: An advertisement in a neighborhood magazine said that the company "Two Maids Cleaning" would clean my house for $80.00 sight unseen. We agreed to a pre-arranged time for the cleaning crew to be at my home. Jessica the manager then called twice to reschedule the appointment. When the crew arrived, I was the only one who spoke english making it very difficult to explain what was missing from the poor job the crew was doing in the house. When I spoke to the manager Jessica, she told me about the different levels of cleaning offered in the "cleaning packages", a topic never covered in my initial conversation when setting up the cleaning date with her "assistant". She never offered to make things right by having her three woman team do the things advertised in the ad and she wanted to talk over the top of me when I was explaining the problems. As far as I'm concerned, a house being partially cleaned is like a woman being partially pregnant. The house is either clean or it's not. To me the whole thing felt like the classic "bait and switch".
