They were very responsive. I called them with a problem that caused me to have to shut off the water to the house. I called a couple of companies and this is the only one that could get to me in a timely manner. In fact, they got to me within 2 hours. They solved a difficult problem in a very satisfactory manner.

"never really looked at toilet". and pay $99.00 to be a membership. he kept pushing me by getting in my face about why I had to think it. if your a woman alone and Ron comes be care ladies guys I don't know. . my brother and I gave up on them and got a Phiilips screwdriver and fixed it in less than a minute. Ron did not just "tweek" the toilet

When I called the office to confirm that I was on their agenda, they could not find an appointment for me. I was disappointed but the dispatcher found a technician and sent him to my house that same afternoon. After the initial snag, everything went smoothly. The technician checked all my faucets and under sink plumbing. He ordered the commode and it was delivered promptly. He did a great job installing it and cleaning up afterwards. This is the second time I've used Katy Plumbing for major work and I have been pleased.

They did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. The work was performed in less time than they projected. The plumbers were very nice to deal with. They cleaned up after each days work and hauled off the debris. There were no surprises or hidden costs. I could not be happier with the way they treated us! I would recommend them highly!

The service provider explained he was a master plumber and if we wanted a lower price we could find a plumber on the green sheet. We did look for another master plumber who completed the service at half the cost with a great attitude the very next day.

Had trouble finding the outlet as the builder did not provide a cleanout access.

It went well. I called late Friday and they were able to schedule a service visit early Monday morning. The plumber showed up as scheduled, After looking at the situation, he explained what would be required, presented me with a couple of options, and quoted me a price. Once I made a decision and gave him approval, he did the work and walked me through what he had done when he was finished. I It was one of my better experiences with a plumbing company.

d wore The provider checked the area under the faucet and found that the lock nuts on both the hot and cold sides were broken off unexplainably. He said that maybe the previous plumber had used too much torque in the original installation. The provider checked his truck for replacements and found that he indeed had replacements. The provider was very professional and courteous and wore slip on's over his shoes to maintain the cleanliness of our home.

The service and professionalism were great. We were in the process of moving and when the movers unhooked the water line from the valve at the wall, a small drip continued after our attempting to close the valve completely. The valve was old and needed to be repaired. We called our regular plumber who we have used for years and he could not help as he was in the middle of a large job. We checked Angie's list and found the reviews for Katy Plumbing to be excellent. Past reviewers were correct. The dispatcher was great and Ron, the plumber who performed the work, was responsive, professional, courteous and clean. He looked at the problem and gave me a "bid" for the work. The price was reasonable to me based upon the travel and skill involved to perform the job properly. I highly recommend them to others.

Normal work (new water heaters and pump) went well.

Extremely professional service. Two technicians arrived on time, assessed the problem and then gave me the solution. The cold water supply was corroded and needed replaced. Before beginning Ron told me it would cost the $99 minimum tech service fee. I had a $20 Angie's List coupon so it was $79! Happy to get it done as this was an amendment item on the contract to sell my house!

The plumbers identified the issue, quoted an accurate and reasonable price and completed the work immediately. The work was done in a timely and tidy fashion. We would definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking for reliable, reasonably priced service in a hurry.

The technician arrived on time and provided knowledgeable information along with options and cost of replacing or rebuilding a faucet in the kitchen sink. They also offered to install a faucet I purchased myself at a retail outlet if I chose to do so. The labor cost and warranty were the same for replacement or installing a new faucet less the cost of hardware. I had them rebuild the faucet and about 3 months later, it started leaking again. They promptly returned and charged nothing for repairs and stopped a to toilet from running at no charge also. There is never a service call and their service agreement is great and well worth the money. Highly recommend Katy Plumbing as they are knowledgeable, prompt, and do not charge a service call fee to diagnose a problem.

The experience was excellent! From the first contact, they were very professional and prompt in setting the appointment and letting me know they would keep me informed in the status of getting their plumber to the house. They sent me an email with the name and photo of the representative who would perform the work. He arrived actually early and went right to work, found the problem, and in less than two hours was finished and gone. He was polite and knew what he was doing at all times. I thought the total cost of the service was a little more than I expected but other than that, I was completely satisfied and would use them again.

Our first call to Katy Plumbing was when we had a water pipe in our front yard. We called them first thing in the morning and they arrived within a couple of hours. The men were friendly and worked fast and efficiently. The price they gave us to fix it was a set price - so it didn't matter how long it took them, we weren't charged more - which we really appreciated. Then when the work was finished, they offered us a one year service agreement for $75, which gave a discount for this service and all future services and also free emergency weekend plumbing needs for the year. It was an incredible deal because the discount on that first visit was more than the $75 for the agreement! We then had an airconditioning drain back up over a weekend - so we called Katy Plumbing and they came out right away and blew out the drain. Again, they were so friendly and nice to work with. They charged fairly and even gave us an amazing offer with the 1 year service plan, which made our total first visit cheaper than it would have been anyways. Definitely will use them again.

After reading the reviews on Angies List I called to make an appointment. The appointment process was very easy and flexible. The day of the appointment, I was sent an email once a plumber was on the way, with his picture and an ETA. This made my wife feel really comfortable, since she is home alone during the day. I also received a phone call when he close to make sure we'd be home. They even called saying he could be there earlier than scheduled, although we couldn't make that happen. Either way, the communication was great. Upon arrival, the problems were quickly diagnosed and once they cleared all the repairs and costs by us they began work. I typically do most of the plumbing work myself, so they did seem kinda pricey. They were fast (faster than me), very professional, and cleaned up all their mess. I will be using them againfor any potential plumbing issues.

I was afraid of water leak inside the wall, and called them to inspect and fix. No water damage, fixed the pipe, nothing charged but service call. This is actually the 2nd time we have used them. real pros.

One of our two builder installed water heaters was leaking. The pan had water standing in it. The water heaters were 8+ years old and were out of their 6 year warranty period so I decided it would be cost efficient to replace both. I selected The Katy Plumbing Company based upon the many positive reviews on Angie?s List, in addition to the price we agreed upon for the job. The plumber, Don Dugal, arrived with his helper promptly on time. The crew was very careful of our floors, spreading protective covers all along their path: along our entry foyer, up the stairs, and across the upstairs carpet to the attic steps. When the crew left there was no trace they had ever been through our living area. It turned out that our two builder installed water heaters were installed with parallel inputs and outputs (no valves on the output), making it impossible to isolate one unit from the system without extensive plumbing. Mr Dugal took care of that by re-configuring the water heater cold water supply and hot water piping by installing ball valves in both cold water and hot water sides. Now, thanks to him, if I ever need to work on one water heater, it will be easy isolate. I have to say that he did a beautiful job, too. He obviously is skilled plumber who takes pride in his work. The old water heaters were disposed of by the plumbers. I could say that there was also no trace that they had been in the attic, but they did leave that improved plumbing along with two twelve year warranted water heaters. A great job, Katy Plumbers!

My water heater went out, was horribly corroded, and needed to be replaced. In a panic, I forgot about Angie's List and called John Moore to provide a quote. Long story short the service attendant that showed up to provide the quote was very aggressive in his sale approach, not very honest about the products warranty information, and extremely over priced. The experience left an unsavory taste in my mouth.That same day, I quickly went to the AL and found this gem of a company. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She even provided me a picture of the technician that would be visiting my home to provide the quote. The technician was promptly sent out to my home the same day! The technician was very knowledgeable about the product line, honest,wore shoe booties in my home, and provided a very reasonable price for the same exact brand of heater John Moore quoted. Since I ordered a special heater, it couldn't be installed the same day due to logistics but would be installed first thing the next morning. The service provider was on time, laid out carpet protection, and took approximately 50 minutes to remove and install the new heater. In the end I saved money, was provided an additional 2 year warranty at no extra cost, the work was up to code, and guaranteed.

Katy PLimbing responded very quickly the came out the day of my call and returned the next day to do the work. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and the workmanship was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

I called on a Monday and received a Thursday apt for an estimate to install a gas line in the back yard for our barbecue grill. Thursday they arrived on time and gave a detailed and money saving estimate. Which included a yearly service agreement of savings if we require any other plumbing services. I felt the estimate was a good price and asked what their availability was to complete the job. They were available the same day and returned in the afternoon to complete the work. The crew was very professional and friendly. I found the work to be excellent.

They installed a water softening system for me in my garage. I purchased the system and they only did the installation. A week later one of the pipes burst and flooded my garage, ruining my garage door opener (had to buy a new one) and the sheet rock in the garage as well as a couple of power tools. They responded immediately when we called and fixed the leak. My husband told them they were clamping too tight on the fitting but the guy ignored him. Well, about a month later, it burst again. This time not as much damage but all they did was come fix it again. Expecting another burst any time. Problem is they never offered to pay for any of the damage done nor to replumb the whole thing with new fittings which is what needs to be done!

We had received a toilet to replace a defective one we bought about two years ago. FedEx just left it at our front door. The technicians from Katy Plumbing came out the same day, installed the new toilet, and took the old one away. They also performed a plumbing and drain safety inspection of the whole house and found everything up to standards. The technicians were polite, efficient, and considerate, even wearing paper bootees over their shoes. We were also impressed that before they arrived the Katy Plumbing office emailed us a photo of who would be coming out.
