I couldn't have asked for a more professional team that did the work at my home. I have a favorite Master Plumber there whom I always request. He brought a team mate who is just as extraordinary. I will continue to use them for any plumbing requirements I may have. After the work was completed. Mother work areas were as clean as before the work was done. I highly recommend them.

My impression with them was not good. They came a million times and they couldn't save the problem. We had a gas leak inside the house and it took them forever just to get the gas stove ready and every time they came and they would leave and there's still gas leak. They're just taking a long time and just not getting it work done. It wasn't a good experience. They put in a valve but never check the gas pressure and I even asked them about it and told me they're not smelling any gas and didn't have to check the pressure. The gas line was broken under the house so the gas was coming out and the only thing that kept it from causing a really bad problem was covered with mud. I didn't have a good experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. When I called them the first time they came here, I told them we're smelling a gas coming out of the side yard but he told me that he had nothing to do with that and to call the gas company. It took him forever to get to me and it got to the point were they seemed like they were ignoring me. They showed up when they said they were showing up. An older lady from that company noticed how many times that they've been out here and she called me to find out why they have been out here so many times, so I explained it to her and she didn't know who.

Mark and his partner showed up to do the work and dug up a trench 4 feet deep and installed a new PVC from the riser to the faucet. They then insulated and wrapped the pipe giving the final finish to the job. Their pricing was competitive, they communicated well, and delivered a good service. I like the fact that they warrantied the jpb for 1 year which is unusual. I recommend them and would use them again.

Called and made an appointment with a friendly receptionist. The technician was on time. Took a look at the tub faucet and replaced the cartridge. Even showed me how to do it in the future (this is not a difficult repair). Then took a look at my drain backup when the dishwasher is running and cleaned that out. The technician was friendly, professional and talked to me about what he was doing and why throughout the visit. I did purchase an annual contract, it was VERY reasonably priced for the benefits. The pricing would have been very expensive without the purchase of the contract. Overall the pricing is a little high, but not as bad as I've seen from other companies (with worse service) and I think worth it for the quality of service.

Very fast, very professional. On time during a weekend. Called and a few hours later, they were there. paid a premium but it was worth it.

Katy Plumbing came out and cleared it and gave us some tips on keeping it clean.

Kurt strongly advised us to replace our 16 year old water heater after it failed several portions of the inspection. He told me exactly how much it would cost, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the installation. I was most impressed with the conduct and fine language of Kurt and Angel. They spoke most respectfully to each other, and worked very well together. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to remove and install a new water heater in the attic. They took great care to keep the carpet clean. The dispatcher was very quick to let me know that they were delayed.

When Charlie came he was very quickly able to explain that the water heater pipe line leakage and corrosion was simply due to using materials that reacted negatively when in contact. He explained that all that needed to be done was use copper piping and and appropriate fittings that were nonferrous. He said that whoever had done the work before (the warranty company plumber last year in this case) had used reactive parts that would immediately begin corroding on contact. Charlie fixed this easily and efficiently. Charlie explained that the washer was leaking water due to the sewage drainage system and that what the warranty company had promoted--i.e., a wall cutout with an additional drain pipe part added to the washer drain system would probably solve nothing. He was able to completely flush the sewage system and he successfully unclogged it using a rotor system that snaked through the entire sewage drainage system under the house ensuring that all points of potential clogging throughout the entire house were fully blown out/cleaned. The work was done efficiently. The service call was informative, friendly and professional. I'll be looking for a better home warranty company and will definitely be using Katy Plumbing company again. The 20.00 off coupon was appreciated too.

When the technicians arrived they were friendly, approachable, and got right to work. I felt comfortable having them in my home and ended up allowing them to fix other issues we were originally planning to fix ourselves. I've never had to use a plumbing company before so I don't have a cost comparison, however if it was on the higher end I would probably still hire them again for the peace of mind as I've had quite a few bad experiences over the years when it comes to having work done in the home.

They arrived on time and did everything they were asked to do. It all went very well. We will use them again.

They saved the day, was about to get ripped off by All-Tex plumbing who misdiagnosed the problem and was going to try to charge 3500 to 7000.

Everything went fine. Katy Plumbing did have to call me and reschedule our original appointment due to jobs taking longer than expected. Forrest showed up at the second scheduled time and did a good job. He also saw a couple of other issues in our attic and gave us an estimate on future repairs. He worked quickly and was very professional. Based on this experience, I would recommend the Katy Plumbing Company.

The service was fine. My issue was after when there was a problem. I feel the customer service follow up should have been better.

I had them rebuild and replace leaking valves in two showers. The quality of the work was fine. I did not receive my Angie's List discount even after I told them twice.

Forrest was on time and did a professional job.

I emailed Katy Plumbing on Oct 31st, and again after they responded to me on Nov 1st, only to get a call from them today stating they don't service my area (Fresno, TX). It's clear they don't place Angie's list in high regard based on their customer service.

Since I knew what service I wanted to get done, I called around for some estimates. This was the only company that would let me know the ballpark cost I was looking at (I didn't need the "exact dollar amount" but didn't want to pay someone $49 to come out and give me an outrageous price that I didn't expect). I was sent an e-mail with a picture of the serviceman that would be arriving - I thought this was great. Forest was very courteous and got right to work. He asked if there were any other problems he could address while he was there. The charge was exactly what I had been told. I will use this company again.

Greg and Coty were very professional and friendly. Explained everything they did and also did a whole house plumbing inspection. I will use them again! Thanks for the same day service!!

It went well, and the plumber was very knowledgeable. I was surprised at the costs for the time it took, but this seems typical for the area. Other than for lawn service, unusually high service costs (such as for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) seem to be the norm in the Houston area compared to other areas I have lived.

Katy Plumbing arrived on time and were very professional. They repaired the toilet and replaced the internal parts, water line and valves. One of my friend's guests said Katy Plumbing's pricing was very competitive. She should know her son is a plumber in another state. My friend was so pleased with Katy Plumbing that she signed up and bought their maintenance program.

He replaced a faulty bushing.

Excellent service changing filters in reverse osmosis water filter. He also took the time to explain how my water softener works in my new home. Will use again.

After checking reviews on Angie's List, I called them for an estimate and was quoted $89, unless they had to go through a wall which would cost more. The gas line to be capped was outside the wall and Katy Plumbing's quote was close to another Angie's List provider for the same service. I was told they had same day availability which was great as my electric appliances were being delivered the next day. Katy Plumbing offered an Angie's List coupon for $20 off (lowering the price to $69) so I called to schedule service within 1 hour on the same day. The office said the technician would call prior to arriving and he didn't. When he arrived, the technician offered a free plumbing inspection and an offer for a one year service contract which lowers the price for current & future service calls which we declined. After reviewing the work to be performed, he told my husband the work would cost $138 before the coupon discount. He performed the work in approximately 5 minutes. I wasn't immediately available when he arrived and when I told him their office quoted the work at $89 vs. $138 he apologized and honored the price I was quoted and honored the Angie's LIst coupon. They were very prompt and performed the work requested.

They were nice, polite, and did they very good job.
