They were quick to respond to my request for an estimate and beat the high estimate by over $400. The crew showed up on time, completed the work in a professional manner, left no clean up for me to do. Color match was as close to perfect as you can get.. I owned a construction business for 19 years. If I needed gutters installed this company would be at the top of my contractor call list. If you need gutters installed on your home, call this company. If they do for you what they did for me, you won't be sorry.

Easy process. Sales guy comes out, measures, gives a quote, answers all your questions, and a few days later, you have new gutters, in just a couple of hours.

Showed up promptly for estimate appt and job appt. The owner did not waste my time, quickly quoted the job and was friendly and professional. Quote was cheaper than the others but gave me a warranty in writing. The product is not cheap though. The workers quickly installed the gutters and they look GREAT! One company who gave me a quote said they would charge for trimming bushes in order to do the job...Katy Kustom worked around the bushes so they did not have to be cut down. Very pleased with overall experience.

Due to rain, we had a hard time getting together, HOWEVER, out of 3 companies Katy Kustom Gutters were the only ones who followed throughb promptly! Their quote was a 1/3 of home depot and that was with a large gutter! They matched the color perfectly! I am impressed!
