They came out on just a few hours notice and, being a father and son team, divided and conquered my issues that day. They kept me apprised of their arrival time and made sure I was pleased with their work before departing. I am very pleased to now have a reliable source for my repair issues.

Extremely SLOW and charged by the hour...Overpaid (double) by the time he was finished. Nice man and his son...but the father was very slow and the son was nice but did not know how to do many things.. he was more of helper.

Jim was very thorough and did a great job with the repairs/installations. He also provided extra information to prevent the problem from re-occurring.

Jim was great to show up on very short notice. I think the job could have been wrapped up a bit faster, but he gave me a discount on the hourly rate. So it all worked out.
