Not happy with service this guy provided. Owner Steve is very dishonest & very ill tempered. He quoted $800.00 adding it included a one-year warranty and entrances so raccoons would not get in again. He set up a trap & sure enough caught a raccoon within 2 days, but dead from the extreme summer heat. Steve came & removed the dead raccoon. I explained that I believed there was a second raccoon. He claimed that the chances of a 2nd raccoon being up there are rare adding that he did not see a second raccoon on his camera so he really did not want to leave a cage for extended amount of time adding that he was positive and EXPERT. After being persistent he grudgingly finally agreed leave a cage. After 2 days guess what, a 2nd raccoon was caught. He was wrong, however with the first raccoon dead and gone. I noticed sounds on the top that indicated that there might be a third raccoon, so again I requested that he leave a cage after the 2nd raccoon was caught. Remember I am still under warranty but again he claimed that the chances of a third raccoon being up there is really rare adding again that he was positive and an EXPERT. Within the next couple of months I heard light sounds in the same areas where the other two raccoons had been, but more faint so I gather it was a smaller raccoon. Almost three to four months after the second raccoon was caught I called and texted Steve to come back because I spotted a third small raccoon on the roof. But I just received a thumbs up. No one called back. So I had to call Nathan the guy who had referred me to Steve. After almost two weeks his wife finally Melissa called. I explained to her that I had already called Steve twice and got no response. I was worried because summer was ending and I noticed that raccoons seemed more active during the summer and did not want 1 to freeze as one had frozen one year prior. The response was I was over worrying and exaggerating because they are EXPERTS saying that raccoon's can survive very extreme cold and very extreme heat even though one raccoon froze when temps fell to below 12 degrees with chill factor about 3 or lower and 1 died from the extreme heat. It took these guys 3 weeks from the date that I first messaged this clown for a crew to come out even though I was still under warranty. They came out several times, but could not catch the 3rd raccoon. In my opinion if Steve had listened to me in the 1st place and setup a trap 3 months prior, the third raccoon would have been caught, but Steve refused to listen as he was the EXPERT. The third raccoon was never caught so he suggested to seal the hole as long as I pay for the materials. This was not the original agrement. The original deal was $800.00, adding it included a one-year warranty repairing entree ways so raccoons would not get in again. After the repairs I requested to sit down calmly with Steve to peacefully discuss the whole matter, however once I started talking this guy got ill-tempered and interrupted me 4 or 5 times before I could finish one full paragraph. This guy was a real jerk. He kept interrupting me and started writing notes at the same time instead of paying attention to me and listening to my concerns. After I finally finish talking he then misinterpreted ½ of everything I said because instead of listening to me he was too busy taking notes. This guy actually claimed that I blamed him for a dead raccoon on my roof which I never did. My concern that I expressed to him and his wife 3 or 4 times that I was worried about another raccoon dying because of extreme cold or the extreme heat, that’s it. I was trying to express to thme that I just wanted the raccoon caught before another one died on the roof again. He was angry & upset and bought up the fact that they came out 22 times, which was true. However I expressed to him that I felt if he had left the trap to catch the third raccoon 3 or 4 months prior they probably would not have needed to come out 22 times, but he refused to because he claims he knows better and is an EXPERT. In order to keep piece I was still going to pay for the materials even thought I really felt that I shouldn't. The materials included a piece of aluminum flashing, a used piece of wood and a can of paint. Remember I had already paid this guy $800.00. This jerk quoted me $275.00 for a piece of aluminum flashing, a used piece of wood and a can of white paint. This is the most ridiculous quote for so little materials I ever hear of. So I requested to see the original receipts, however he refused and now claimed that the roll of aluminum cost him over $300.00 adding that I should be lucky that he is not charging me more, WOW!. This clown wanted another $300.00 and refused to show me any original receipts for the materials. I always checked my facts so the following morning I went to Home Depot. The cost for a roll of 12’ X 14’ aluminum flashing which was about the size he used cost $38.00 a roll. The cost for a can of spray paint cost about less than $2.00 a can. We as businesses obtain these items at wholesale or discounted price so it would cost him about $25.00 at the most for a roll of aluminum flashing not $300.00 as he claimed. I would not trust this guy at all.

He was punctual. He was professional. He was friendly. He told us of the needs for our family and followed up with fliers reminding us of when we needed to use the service again.

Aardvark took my call quickly and came around to give me an estimate. They were very reasonable with their prices and explained how they would use a special chemical to kill the fire ants. The treatment was scheduled on the spot and the exterminator was well prepared. He sprayed the inside first and moved to the outside to spray around the house. He changed chemicals that killed the fire ants in my flower beds. He killed all the bugs and left me with his card.
Description of Work: Aardvark Pest Control sprayed the inside and outside of my house for all types of bugs and also sprayed the flower beds for fire ants.
