Description of Work: We had Maria's crew cleaning our house every 2 weeks for most of last year. We have a 3400 square foot house and she charged $140 for the first cleaning and $95 after that to clean once every 2 weeks. Maria came to the first cleaning with her crew and after that, a crew of 3 ladies came to clean. They did a very nice job cleaning and were always friendly. Maria is very professional and responds quickly to texts about any problems or schedule changes.

Description of Work: Maria and two associates arrived promptly, introduced themselves and went straight to work. Maria provided all cleaning products, sweepers, and mops. She even provided bags for my small trash cans. Before leaving, Maria pointed out that the hard water marks had not all come off the plastic and chrome shower door in the master bathroom (I hadn't expected it would), but said after a time or two more, it should be all off. My house is small (about 1500 sq. ft.) and they were finished in about an hour and a half. My home was spotless and smelled wonderful. I look forward to Osmar's service every two weeks.

Description of Work: I called Maria and left her a message and she called me right back. She was very friendly. We set a date for her to clean and since it was short notice she wasn't going to be able to show up until 3pm. Fortunately, she was able to come earlier in the day and texted me to tell me. I was a little worried since I didn't give her ANY instruction other than to show up and clean, and I was amazed when I got home to a perfectly clean and house! She did a great job, the house smelled great and I was really pleased. I'm super picky and wasn't expecting the cleaning to be as good as it was. I will definitely be calling her again soon!!

- Dusting of general areas, including furniture, ceiling fixtures, baseboards, and window blinds.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Kitchen cleaning: counters, stove, microwave, and dishes.
- Bedroom: making beds and changing bed sheets.
- Bathroom: scrubbing tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
2. Deep Clean: 3-4 hrs
- Includes everything in Basic Cleaning.
- Additional tasks like cleaning the hood above the stove, pulling out the fridge to clean underneath, and deep cleaning from ceiling to floor.
