Steve came promptly and assessed how he could fix my door. It turned out to be more difficult than planned but he didn't take a shortcut, but re framed the entire door. He used our leftover paint to absorb some of the cost. He also helped me with 3 gates that I mentioned at the last minute. He was personable and kind of became one of us when he was here. He loved on our dogs and helped me feel that if I ever get stuck with a home problem, I could call him.

Steve did an amazing and very professional job extending the end of the main deck ramp to the house and installing a stone pathway from the house deck ramp to my art studio deck ramp with a very smooth transition from the wooden ramp to the stone pathway. Very easy to work with and took the time to walk thru the plans with me and actually went above and beyond my expectations to get the job done within the time frame that he said it would be done in. Kept the work area nice and neat. As well made sure to go back over everything and clean up after he was done. I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends. As well as I will be using him again in the future.

Great Quality Work

Steve did a terrific job doing several different types of jobs; installing many ceiling fans, many light fixtures, changing out all my smoke detectors, and de-installing an old security system, and then drywall patching as needed. Great work, and Steve is a total professional and easy to work with. Thanks Steve!

Steve recently completed multiple projects at our home. He did a fantastic job. While repairing fascia in several places, he found a structural mistake made when our Dining Room addition was built. The support piece for the fascia where the addition met the original house was poorly designed and attached, resulting in a sagging, out of line and potentially dangerous situation. Steve custom created an out-rigger that looks great and solved the problem. He also installed 2 new windows, caulked and prepped the house for paint and painted the house and trim. A complicated job, very well done. I've already recommended him to several neighbors and I'm working up a 2018 project list for next Spring. Steve will be my first resource for any projects on our house.

Hired Steve to replace the terrible laminate tile in our bathroom with ceramic tile. He did a great job and was very reasonably priced.
